The hotel was situated just opposite the city railway station. This was the only plus.
The facilities were in need of an upgrade.
Breakfast was very basic with not much choice. I had to sit on uncleared tables and waited for coffee cups for 15 minutes.
I would not recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the old town and city centre. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has really good food including the breakfast. The staff were polite and friendly.

酒店太差了！！！不知道哪裡來的那麼多好評！！房間很爛 又小又悶，根本不適合人類居住，空調直吹床頭 ，一晚上沒有辦法睡覺，衹有一個冬天的厚被子和床單， 還有蚊子，枕頭髮黃 第二天行程直接報廢 沒辦法，換了家酒店補覺。

It was really difficult to check out at 10 o'clock, so she asked me to stay for an extra hour. You can't sit in the reception, you can only sit in their restaurant. 350 yuan+ is really too expensive. Another excellent stay at Hotel Europa. Staff on reception and room cleaning were 1st class and friendly as always. I will return again.
