Hotel antigo que carece de reformas e melhoras. Acomodações simples e razoáveis, sem ar condicionado apenas ventilador de mesa e chuveiro nota 10. Café da manhã muito bom e o Atendimento da equipe com excelência. Custo benefício bom. Ótima localização. (Ivan Batista e Marta Maria)

Já tínhamos nos hospedado em 2019 e a experiência foi boa. Retornamos à cidade em 2013 e resolvemos agendar nossa hospedagem no mesmo lugar. Fizemos o contrato daqui de São Paulo online, sendo atendido pelo Sr. Sergio que, muito gentilmente, antecipou o horário de nosso check-in, já que chegaríamos mais cedo. Diferente da primeira vez, em que o hotel estava com hospedagem em sua capacidade máxima, desta vez havia poucos apartamentos alugados (Ficamos de Quarta à Sexta), mas o padrão no atendimento, com um excelente café da manhã, se manteve o mesmo. se retornarmos à cidade em uma terceira vez, certamente ficaremos no Excelsior.

A localização é muito boa, o café da manhã é bem sortido, a água do chuveiro é quentíssima (uma delícia!) e os funcionários são bem simpático. Por outro lado, o quarto e o banheiro são bem básicos, a conexão de internet é péssima, havia toalhas manchadas e rasgadas e o banheiro alagava devido a um vazamento no box. Enfim, vale pela localização, mas não espere muito conforto e certamente nenhum luxo.

Um ótimo hotel custo benefício, pra você que está passando e precisa de um apartamento simples, pequeno, limpo e com café da manhã. Recomendo a estadia. Tem uma boa área externa também, com piscina, pequena quadra e mesinhas pra sentar. Boa localização, dá pra fazer várias coisas a pé no centro.
