Esse é com certeza meu resort favorito, as comidas são incríveis, as piscinas são quentes, e os tios da recriação são os melhores, principalmente o tio Leite, é o mais daora de todos com certeza, tamo junto tio, você é top demais

Foi excelente... Segunda vez que venho... Nessa estadia houve um problema com a caldeira que deixa as piscinas externas aquecidas... As piscinas internas estavam quentinhas acredito que para amenizar essa questão fizeram a festa das cores (geralmente acontece fim de semana mas fizeram na quinta) e foi perfeito... Durante nossa estada as piscinas voltaram ao normal não comprometendo em nada a experiência ... Super recomendo e vou voltar com certeza... Comida impecável e em breve vamos terá piscina de ondas previsto para o carnaval e até mês que vem deve inaugurar mais um prédio novinho que ficou pronto .... Eles sempre se preocupam com a manutenção tudo muito impecável

Muito bom o atendimento, funcionários muito educados, tios da recreação sensacionais porém 3 dias sem poder utilizar a piscina pois gerador não estava funcionando e a água estava extremamente gelada nesse sentido bastante decepcionante

Não vale mais a pena ir, caiu demais o serviço, equipe de garcons mal treinados, mal educados, já fui varias vezes e o cenário era totalmente diferente, na verdade me decepcionei, uma observação - a equipe de monitores que cuidam das crianças são sensacionais, porém o hotel hoje só visa lucro e esqueceu a qualidade

O único lugar que eu me sinto a vontade porque o atendimento é maravilhoso a recreação é muito boa com vários tios sendo eles fantasma, cebola, paçoca, farofa, abacate, leite, soneca, pluto,buuh,limão,lola,loli,Pato. Sendo esses os tios maravilhosos que o time Monreale tem sendo sempre atenciosos tratam bem as crianças e fazem os meus dias e os dias das crianças felizes, com muita diversidade de atividades que esse hotel proporciona é incomum, Resumidamente amo esse lugar porque sempre posso contar com o hotel,Estou triste por causa da retirada das atividades de madrugada que eu adorava.

Ambiente extremamente famíliar. Espetacular para família, diversas atividades das 8h até 22h para crianças e adultos. Para quem aprecia drinks clássicos, tem obrigação de provar sua bebida favorita com o Tonin do bar, melhor Negroni que ja tomei na vida. Foram 5 dias incríveis, saindo daqui ja planejando o retorno o mais breve possível.
