It's definitely not a hotel i would return to. Loved the view, but the bathroom has a very bad oder, and the furniture was not usable (old and broken). Luckily, we just used the hotel to only sleep, but it would have been nice to have more to do in a hotel you spend money to be in. Outside pool was not cleaned and indoor pool area not usable. Definitely need to upgrade in order to have a better reputation because this hotel has potential.

Don’t be fooled by the photos this place look worse than a homeless shelter. Pure filth!!!! There were bugs in the chair and along the thermostat the bath tub was either eroding or just breaking up but no way could anyone bathe there. There was mold in every corner of the bathroom .The carpet was filthy all over the resort I went to the 3rd floor thinking .maybe I just got a dirty floor.the third floor was dirty as well I thought to my self no wonder it was $80 on a Wednesday .the breakfast is for purchase there is no complimentary. I’m glad I was alone and only booked for one day. They know they are up in the mountains and it’s not easy to find another location. Take my word and find something else.

We used to stay here annually around 2010 and it was such a nice place. It was clean, with the workout room, pool and hot tub, sauna and game room with a restaurant and beautiful views. Sadly, it’s gone downhill. The staff is not friendly, the place smells musty and gross, only one elevator works and it sounds and feels like it’s on its last legs, the restaurant is only open weekends now, so if you want dinner or breakfast, you have to find it, so plan for that. We got off the elevator on the third floor and an odor immediately smacks you in the face. The walls had stuff on them, the nightstand was sticky and gross, the lampshade was broken. The bedskirt had white and brown stains all over it, there are BEDBUG droppings all over the walls. I checked the beds and furniture thoroughly because I had my toddler with me and leaving at 8pm wasn’t ideal and the boxsprings and mattresses looked new, so I’m hoping it was an old, now inactive infestation. The shower takes forever to get hot, and then is really hard to cool down, so be careful you don’t get burned. Give it about 5-10 minutes to make sure the temperature is right. The hot tub is gone. The pool is okay, sauna is still there, but I didnt go in. The fitness room is all cardio equipment, didn’t try to see if it worked because I was skeeved out and didn’t want to risk getting some kind of infection. It’s a cheap hotel, but in my opinion, not worth it. Splurge on a little bit nicer of a place so you don’t risk taking bugs home.

I have stayed here several times and while the common areas have improved the rooms have not. My deadbolt did not go into the door frame. They fixed it, but it should never have been broken. The toilets lack sufficient strength to flush everything the first or even second time. The key cards often fail necessitating frequent trips back to the lobby for a new one. The rooms are so old and dated that they are beginning to fall apart. Breakfast is entirely too pricey for what you get and then they charged us the wrong amount despite claiming they gave us a discount. The area is beautiful with so many food options and the views are lovely, but Camelback needs to buy this place and fix it up.
