Drunk and smoking guests were on the balcony. Loud music all day. Shouting in the hallway and in the rooms. Absolutely no peace and quiet. Lots of people eating, hardly any space. The buffet is very crowded. Would not recommend.

Very good hotel in a good location. We had booked a double room in the "Deluxe" class for 4 nights. The room was very spacious and very well equipped, including bathrobes and slippers. The food was very good, even if the buffet seemed rather small. Thanks to the good staffing levels in the dining area, the buffet was always very well stocked and the selection of sausages, salads and hot dishes in the evening was very good. The cleaning management was a cause for criticism. When we entered the room after arrival, we noticed that the floor had obviously not been vacuumed with the necessary meticulousness. There were still various pieces of fluff on the floor. Stains in the flooring cannot always be completely avoided. However, the fact that a boxing glove on the floor behind the curtain was overlooked is certainly worthy of criticism. There was a coffee stain on the bedside table next to the right bed, which was not wiped away until the last day. In the bathroom, which is sufficiently large and has good facilities, there were stains on the large mirror. These were also not removed until the day of departure. We suspect that daily cleaning is not carried out. It doesn't always have to be that way. However, that presupposes that the room must be in immaculate condition when it is moved into. Only the wastepaper baskets/trash cans in the room and bathroom were emptied daily. The towels were changed the day before we left. There is obviously a lack of control management by those responsible, as, for example, a flattened mosquito was stuck to the elevator door on our floor from the first to the last day of our stay. A cleaner should recognize something like that and remove it. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay.

Wir waren 10 Tage in September dort, der Hotel war sehr sauber die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und fleißig die haben alles getan das der Gast sich wohl fühlt, das Frühstück war reichhaltig leckeren Eier Musli Obst alles was der Herz begehrt, abends im Restaurant vor 19uhr Buffet nach 19 Uhr was du möchtest war das Essen hervorragend, und die Cocktails, up side down Grant’s lecker, Danke an der Barman und alle Bedienung, euren Arbeit von morgens bis Abends hinter der Theke oder am Reception es ist uns aufgefallen Wie Treu und loyal die für den Hotel in jeder Aufgabe mit ein Lächeln uns immer bedient haben, Danke das ihr unseren Urlaub so einen schönen sonnigen erholsame Erlebnis war, Ps der Spa und Wellness war Spitze, Danke Laola Spa Ps nächstes mal nehme ich der nächste Kategorie Zimmer, 😜so das ich in Bett mit meiner Frau bin, ich habe lange nicht mehr alleine geschlafen 😴

Praise and especially criticism!!! For the 2 stars and Polish standards, this is really a nice, modern hotel with nice staff. However, dealing with Corona bothered me extremely. Masks were not worn by guests or employees at all or only under the nose... absolutely catastrophic. The occupancy of the buffet and the swimming pool was not checked at all, so it also happened that it was simply packed!!! Even in the evenings people celebrated and danced without masks. That's why there are only 2 stars for the location. The host, i.e. the hotel, is responsible for the health and safety of the guests, i.e. the paying guests, and the operator obviously doesn’t seem to care that much. Pity!

And the bowling alley service is a total mistake, the bartender is not only abusive, but his concept of alcohol and making drinks is zero.
