My second stay at 1 Elliot Terrace this year and I hope to be back again soon. The view is unbeatable and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated that the kitchen is well equipped with everything I needed. Many thanks to Andy and Lucy who are always so helpful.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at these premises. The apartment is exactly as described well furnished and can easily accommodate 5 to 6 adult adults. The location is perfect with beautiful sea views and the parking space is a real added bonus. I must make special mention of the housekeeping team Andy and Jackie, they were absolutely brilliant providing lots of useful information about the area and when my daughter left her charger, they’ve posted it back. I’ll be recommending this location to my friends and we will definitely be back to stay again . Thank you

Extremely poor customer service. Expensive for what is available. Many more places in the area cheaper but well appointed.

Avoid like the plague if you have a family. Area feels run down and unsafe the room we had booked smell damp we stayed there for 3 minutes and left. Contacted the property but they didn't care and charged us for the 3 days we had booked. The property advertised parking but none was given even though we booked in advance. Please stay away.

Beautiful, and well equipped aprtment, we have used these apartments on several occasions, this time in the Mayflower suite which is great when we are visiting as a family. The location on Plymouth Hoe couldn't be better for the views and proximity to the city and the Barbican. Andy the housekeeper is always ready to help if needed and the apartments are alway clean and well presented.

Fantastic apartment with some nice touches like milk in the fridge and dishwasher tabs. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet location with a nice view to the Cross On The Hoe. We slept well. The allocated parking space was perfect. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We will return.

The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice.
The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.
