Magnifique appartement rénové avec goût et situé dans un batiment historique avec vue sur la mer et The Hoe, l'un des plus plus beaux endroits de Plymouth. Rien ne manquait pour y vivre quelques jours ou bien plus. Notre seul regret est d'avoir dû partir.

This was our second visit to 1 Elliot Terrace with our 2 dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were welcomed on arrival and informed by the caretaker how to contact him if any issues occurred. We noticed that a screw needed to be added to the locking mechanism on the flat. This was done quickly and efficiently. 1 Elliott Terrace is a great location overlooking Plymouth Hoe, with great scenery and local facilities on the Barbican We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, wonderful views across Plymouth sound. Private balcony and so peaceful! Safe parking, off road. The host thinks of everything! Even milk in the fridge and biscuits by the kettle. This really is a little Gem on the Hoe - I won't stay anywhere else.

What a lovely place , family really in pressed , ticks all the boxes , highly recommended it . Beautiful done , amazing views. Apartment boast highly spec decor , vintage marble fairs place , superb balcony with views , high ceilings . Excellent location , main attractions all within short walking distance .

Lovely apartment, views are well worth it, well equipped, especially the kitchen, love the little touches like the Netflix, blankets to cosy up with on the sofa, great location, interesting history to the building, easy parking, wonderful and helpful house manager. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent modern well equipped apartment in a prime location with extensive sea views. Bathroom was lovely with a large bath and walk in shower - loved the extra large bath towels! Kitchen was well laid out with dishwasher/washing machine the works … My daughter really loved the quirky accommodation upstairs at the penthouse Captain Scott accommodation. Lounge was bright and airy with plenty of space, modern furniture etc. So many positives …there was just one issue (no fault of owner due to regulations) but the lift stopped at floor 3 and there’s quite a few stairs until you get to No 7! Highly recommended

We very much enjoyed another relaxing stay at 1 Elliot Terrace in the Lady Astor apartment. Superb sea views, lots of space and a comfortable bed. Just a short walk from the most amazing Art Deco lido in the UK. There’s always something going on, on The Hoe, and this apartment has a ring-side seat for it all - plus the peace of fantastic sunsets.
