the helpful desk guy changed my room so I didn't have so far to walk. I enjoyed my stay, clean bed/bath room, great breakfast choices, quiet location. The only negative was my room was too hot and I couldn't work out how to cool it off - unable to open the window at all. Comfy bed. (Not Premier Inn's fault) I parked in the nearby carpark, but it didn't have a 24 hour option, so had to keep returning every 5 hours to re-pay.

Brilliant town centre location ( you have to make your own arrangements for parking though) or come by train it’s only ten minutes walk from the station. Super fast QR code check in, spacious room with excellent bathroom, all spotlessly clean and a very comfy bed. The bar and the restaurant was good too.

The room was comfy, clean, and really quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast, which was plentiful and yummy. Premier Inn is a basic but consistent brand and this was good value for money.

Great! Clean, quiet and spacious. The family room was great, very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, good value and fairly quiet. The location is handy too. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel again recently while on a business trip, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The overall experience was excellent — the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located for my needs. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day right. A special mention goes to Lily at the front desk, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made a real difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays — I’ll definitely be back.

The staff where very friendly, hotel clean with everything you expect at a Premier. The breakfast, however, was one of the best ones we have had in a Premier! Chrissie the chef was very friendly and her breakfast was perfect, especially the mushrooms! Excellent

Stayed 2 nights had breakfast and dinner both was excellent really friendly team check in was very good great location rooms was outstanding very clean very good premier inn all in all great stay team goes above and behind to make everyone stay a good one

Uncomfortable Bed and Pillows: The mattress was uncomfortably hard, the bed frame was noisy, and the pillows were excessively firm. This combination significantly impacted my ability to get a restful night's sleep. Excessive Noise: The room doors throughout the hotel seemed to slam with such force that the wall in my room physically shook, waking me up multiple times during both nights. This made a peaceful stay impossible. Maintenance Issues: The net curtain pole fell down as it appeared to be held up only by a tension rod. The iron provided was cracked and broken, lacking a lid on the water reservoir. The TV remote control buttons were sticky, causing them to not work. There were noticeable cobwebs by the curtains.

Best Premiere Inn we’ve stayed at room was lovely and clean bed very comfortable food was excellent the chef cooked a perfect steak on both nights we were there breakfast was very good nice choice and all hot also the two girls Terrie and Natalia (think that’s the right spelling)who greeted us when we arrived looked after us while checking in and again in the restaurant later made us feel very welcome will definitely be going back
