Bed awfull feel springs wake up with bad bk no windows make it extreme hot although they give u fan if u ask they desk top not powerfull air con doesn't wrk big nice room staff friendly did.t do Breakfast washing facility slightly overpriced in my opinion

Great room, underwhelming breakfast. Friendly staff, big room with clean bathroom. Let down by an underwhelming ‘complementary’ breakfast with nothing left an hour before the end of service. All juices and pastries had vanished. Allowed only one bacon or sausage roll each which consisted of literally one sausage and one bacon rasher.

Good stay for a couple of nights Probably a little overpriced for the facilities we had. Pros: - Complimentary continetal breakfast - good location, right in the centre near all the shops. - large room and bed - included teas, milks and coffes which were replenished - good working modern bathroom and shower - well working wifi - easy check in and checkout - vending machine in the building Cons: - no tv remote, you have to use an app on your phone but it couldnt find the tv so we were unable to use - bed was not to my comfort, quite hard. - no window in the room so got quite warm and stuffy - missing basic room items, e.g, a fridge

4 of us girls on a night out. We had the best stay! We were aware that there was a shared bathroom and staff did remind us at check in but it didn’t bother us. It was absolutely immaculate. We have to say a big special thank you to Mumma Georgie who looked after us amazingly. She really made our stay. She ensured we had everything we needed and showed us around. Shane and the front desk team were also brilliant and recommended us where to go and gave us a nice welcome. Our room was absolutely huge we had our own dance floor to get ready had everything we needed. Yes as some reviews say it does get rather warm but it was fine because we went out and it cooled down once the daylight went. Keep the curtains closed and your room should stay cooler. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Spotlessly clean, nice extra touch’s like the lounge and coffee area, free breakfast was much appreciated with a sore head. We would all absolutely stay again. We’ve all travelled around the world and said it was one of our best stays for a low price. We did say that for the huge size of our room a sink would’ve been ideal but we can’t have it all. Don’t pay beer prices and expect champagne but honestly if you need a cheap place to crash on a night out this is your go to. We loved it! Thank you everyone. We will definitely be back.

Room was big and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was terrible, very little on offer just a couple of cereals, toast and pastries, no fruit or cooked options. Also the place is a maze, really hard to find the rooms and very poor signage.
