I originally ordered a queen-size bed room, but was placed in a family room.
The room is opposite the elevator, people often pass by, and the sound insulation is very poor.
I asked to change rooms, but the waiter had a bad attitude and said that the hotel was fully booked and I couldn't change rooms. However, when I checked online, there were still rooms available for reservation. The waiter's service was really bad.
There is a charge for parking, a fixed fee of £15.
Will not stay again.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. There is a small supermarket next to it. The hotel has a parking lot, but the indoor parking spaces are narrow, so we parked in the outdoor parking lot. The parking fee is too expensive. The rooms are standard and mineral water is provided. Our room faces the city and the view is also good.

Lovely, central hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who were very attentive. Room was large, comfy beds and lovely clean bathroom (with bath!). Highly recommended!

The service was very good very polite staff we used the swimming , sauna and loved it very easy just sign in and enjoy for as long as you like. The food was superb. Will definitely be going there again and I will be spreading the word .
