I arrived at their hotel on Friday around 11:00 pm. One of the guys at the front desk asked me to make the payment, and the first time I tapped my card, he said it did not go through, and I must tap it again, so I did. It turned out the first time it did go through, but he was mistaken. This was his fault entirely because I would never knowingly make the payment twice. I called them on Sunday and the guy who picked up the phone said he didn’t know what to do with this case and to call back on Monday. I emailed them instead and they did not even apologize and just asked for the last four numbers of my card to double check, as if I would lie about the whole thing. I am still waiting for my refund at the moment. I am very disappointed in their service and attitude. Such a small hotel with such narrow beds, and terrible staff.  AVOID this hotel if you can!!!

This was a little bit of Europe in Plymouth - a good friendly welcome from reception and all the bits and pieces explained to us. We were on the ground floor to the back of the hotel - a little road noise but not too bad. Later in the evening some noise from above and other guests being noisey. Room good and basic - inc tea, coffee etc. Car park is refeshingly big for Plymouth hotels and included in the price of the stay. Hotel set up is slightly strange - almost like chalets where you go past other peoples windows - its ok though. Looks like the patio and main bar has been done up recently as well. They have 2 electic car charge points that I saw. Its out of town and a slightly strange route to get there because of the road and roundabout layout but the post code got us to the front door. Abnout 15 mins into town from here Good stay and we will be back.

Très bon hôtel, facile d'accès à la sortie du ferry, proche de l'autoroute mais pas du tout bruyant. Chambres simples mais parfaitement propres et modernes, literie excellente. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant et agréable.

The family or couple next door to us were so loud all night. They were smoking outside banging on our door and shouting and swearing. Couldn’t get any sleep very disappointing stay. Mentioned to the hotel receptionist. She was very good and concerned. Think this family have caused trouble before

Don't stay here. The worst Ibis I have experienced. The room was on the ground floor next to the car park so it was necessary to keep the curtains closed at all times. The room was basic and smelly, minimal facilities, very uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was not worth the cost.
