The decoration facilities are very new and clean. Park on the side of the road. It turned out to be the parking lot behind the Kebo Building. Access is much easier.
The gate was open when we arrived and was a little worried at first, then tested the combination lock and it was secure.

Five stars place. Great location, safe and quiet, just off High Str with shops and restaurants. Allocated parking space. Well furnished flat, fast wifi. Slept like a log.
Communication wirh the host great, host very helpful.

Nice apartment but Flaws
Apartment was clean and tidy, however the entry codes did not work and had to phone several times to gain access. The boiler was not working properly- the temperature inside the apartment was 9.5 degrees initially so had to phone again. Discovered that the boiler fuse had tripped so managed to reach a temperature of 17 degrees by the evening. tripped again overnight so woke to no hot water. Apartment reasonably well equipped but a number of missing items - for example only one water glass for an apartment which sleeps 4.

Access issues and cold water.
The stay was immediately jaded by, what must of been a Wish of Temu door lock of which required a locksmith for me to get in, which was past midnight, not ideal after driving over 4h to get there. Then the morning was horrendous only to find out there was no hot water for a shower.
The room looked nice, but these issues are unforgivable. I was planning to stay here most weeks for work, but that is just not worth the stress.

Clean comfy and good parking.
Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth.
