Excellent location to get around Plymouth - short walk to the Hoe and the barbican. The friendly staff will allow you to leave your luggage there for pick up later after check out. Check in wasn’t smooth though - no one at reception and had to call many times before someone finally picked up to help me with check in, which also took a while. Room was spacious enough with a little kitchenette. Short taxi ride away from Plymouth station. Just 5 minutes away from Theatre Royal - very safe and short walk away after the musical ended late at night.

Rooms are nice, very clean but nothing special. Great price. Beds are comfortable.

Stayed a couple times both times great! Gentleman on reception helped us straight away and checked us in early. He was super nice and made our day! Room was really good, clean tidy and everything u need - also very central

The studio apartment was spotless, the staff friendly and welcoming. It was great place to stay, right in the city centre and right on the edge of the historic part of the city - ideal for a short break.

So central, so secure and the doorman was so friendly.

Was okay Struggle to sleep as neighbouring doors slammed very loudly to shut (despite neighbours trying to be quiet). Bathroom smelt of mould Walls of the apartment were damaged and marked Pay £10 to check in early by an hour despite room being ready. Some of the furniture inside the apartment was broken (the legs of the chairs and the sofa) Very weak water pressure for the shower Location is good however very loud struggled to sleep with noisy cars and motorbikes Hallway smelt of poor drainage and cat food The lift could do with some maintenance I advise using the stairs
