Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary Neutrogena toiletries, and hair dryers.

It checks our boxes. Free parking, coffee or tea available at all times, free breakfast to fuel our days, the waffles are the best. Room was large and comfortable, AC was fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable. TV rotates. Nice little entrance area where the microwave and frig is, we used the counter space for our staging area for the day, eventually it was loaded with souvenirs from our adventures. We were in room 100, right next to the exit, great for loading and unloading. Nice and quiet. We didn't take advantage of the pool but walked in, looked clean and had lots of towels available. Some distance to the cape, we did lots of driving but for our price range just right!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth for one night from 20 to 21 June, as international guests visiting for a wedding. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a hotel in this price range. We had arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel for our stay. When we went to collect it, the package had already been opened and two items were missing. This was deeply upsetting. We immediately reported it to the night shift staff at reception. While he noted it down and told us it was “very unlikely” that hotel staff would open parcels, we never received any follow-up or communication from the hotel afterwards. We've tried reaching out since, but have been completely ignored. Beyond this issue, the overall experience was underwhelming. The hotel felt overpriced for what it offers. The breakfast was poor in both quality and variety. At check-in, the staff seemed rushed and unprofessional, which added to the feeling of not being welcomed as guests. Given how the situation with the missing parcel was handled – or rather, not handled – and the general lack of care throughout our stay, we would highly advise against staying here. There are better options in the area that value their guests and take responsibility when things go wrong.

The staff were wonderful and so very concerned about our comfort. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying here for our next visit to Plymouth.

Stopped here on my way to a baby shower. Very convenient location, helpful staff (Jill checked me in), very clean quiet room with anything one might need (iron, blow dryer, microwave, and fridge). I would recommend a towel rack near sink. Overall a lovely stay!

Beautiful place still undergoing renovation. Everything was new. I did complain about the loud construction and I was helped by ******* to get a refund. Only stores to go to. Not much else. So so staff. Housekeepers were great!
