Other common areas on the first floor include a three-season patio room that leads out to the patio and a large living room with sliding doors facing the ocean, another 75" smart TV, and yet another electric gas fireplace; adjacent to the living room is a private office with a pull-out couch. The first-floor bedroom has a suite-like feel, with a pocket door that detaches the space from the common areas, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, the primary bedroom boasts spectacular views of the ocean – on lucky days watch the dancing of the whales - from the bedroom and an attached large en-suite bathroom with a huge shower and dual vanity. The two other bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway with laundry. While both bedrooms have queen beds, the green room features a completely detachable trundle single-sized bed. This home comfortably sleeps nine with an option to sleep eleven if you use the sofa in the study as a bed.
