Positives: Smooth check in and out. Environment was clean and Odor free! Quiet. It was a busy graduation weekend but it was still quiet, ie: I couldn’t hear people through the walls, no one running in the halls etc. nice variety at breakfast. Soft pillows. Temperature control in rooms. Vent in bathroom! Dove products. Not so good: lighting in room could have been much better; example No light near the full length mirror. Bathroom space was small. When we checked in breakfast times not given nor WiFi information. Told check out was 10 even though sign said 11 as well as the website. Called from room to request late check out, told NO. Next morning asked at desk told Yes. Some unnecessary anxiety caused by the initial NO. Limited tables to eat at. People literally waiting for others to leave so they could sit down. Weird art in room, reminded me of Funeral Home.

The rooms are very clean atmosphere is very calming staff and owners second and none. Very kind very considerate very professional. I would recommend this to anyone you can’t find anything. Any better breakfasts are good dear staff is second and none and what’s nice. Everything is nice and clean. The owners and the staff are very proud of what they do and they show it every day out of the kindness and and professionally address problems. I’ve been here for over a week not one problem. The hot tub and pool very good above average. They are very helpful when you have a problem and they work it out as they get them. The family that runs this place know what they are doing. I will recommend this for anyone out there on the road traveling to come here and stay. I am staying in room 106 very peaceful very quiet and they got darn good coffee. Bob and Amber Wirth thank you American Inn for your house hospitality.

I paid good money to stay there. Now you want me to spend my time for free, especially given the thibgs that happened there. LOTS of things were crappy. Your time you make money. MY time you want for free. I'm University educated, having the top two medals the institution gave me at commemoration! I've been a top level, very highly successful professional! Given the situations with 3 of your Motels, I can say VERY little good. I am a prolific writer and highly confident of myself. Im NOT bragging but you dont know me so I must let you know things. I consider you my people and would like to help BUT I have value also. There were situations that management did NOT handle nor handle appropriately!! Maybe they think because I am Indian, they could ostracize me whenever given an opportunity. I'm elderly - 71 years old. This is the USA not Bharat!! I'm very well-educated and held upper level management positions. And I'm a good, kind, gentle person and they were walking all over me at your hotels. I dont know why. Plus huge SITUATIONS there. You folks make money! MY is not free. I have value also. If you want my honest and sincere information to help you (which you will NOT regret), I would be happy to connect with the head of this company and contribute. They and you, make money on their time, my time should NOT be free!! I could be very helpful. Until that time, they would not change. Newcomers here and they lack protocol. THIS IS NOT BHARAT. I love my Bharat and some of these folks are putting us down here in the USA!! I was not born and raised in Bharat BUT I hold my Arya religion with great strength - born and raised as such. It's up to you if you want the truth and nothing but the truth. I'm a gentle person as stated, not a fighter but I CAN FIGHT FOR MY RIGHT even in court.

We were REALLY happy!!! Clean hotel, nice rooms, nice breakfast area and breakfast (hot eggs, potatoes, sausage, B n G, waffles), nice pool and hot tub, nice person at the check-in desk. We will return! Thank you for offering what I was hoping for!!! We stayed 3 nights.

It was just ok. The hotel and rooms were a bit run down, the breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel has a room for birthday parties so there weee no less than 20 unsupervised kids in the pool and sauna for a good 3 hours. It was good for a night and the front desk was helpful.

Very clean hotel, with friendly staff. The pool area was amazing. Sauna, hot tub and the pool had warm water. A plus. Breakfast was good, hot and cold items. Only wish we could of had a few more pillows. They were little. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Spent three nights in the Plover/Stevens Point area. The hotel was great. Clean rooms. A good continental breakfast with hot food plus the standard continental fare. We were on the first floor so it wasn't an issue but there is no elevator. We would definitely stay here again.
