Sehr geehrtes Hotelteam,
ich habe über Trip.com ein Zimmer mit Lake View gebucht, da mir die Aussicht sehr wichtig war. Leider musste ich bei meiner Ankunft feststellen, dass mir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz zugewiesen wurde, was absolut nicht meiner Buchung entspricht.
Diese Situation war für mich äußerst enttäuschend. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit viele verschiedene Ausblicke in Hotels erlebt, wie Meerblick oder Ozeanblick, und hatte mich ganz bewusst für Ihre Unterkunft entschieden, um gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin eine besondere Nacht mit Lake View zu genießen. Leider wurde dieses Erlebnis durch das falsche Zimmer erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Smukt beliggende hotel midt i “Det Holstenske Schw
Smukt beliggende hotel, lige midt i det “Holstenske Schweitz” (med de mange søer havde “Holstenske Finland” måske været mere passende). Værelset var meget rummeligt og i rigtig god stand. Selvom vi boede ud til hovedvejen, var vi ikke generet af trafikstøj.
Glimrende morgenmad og venligt personale.
Man er i ganske kort køreafstand (fem minutter) til den historiske midtby og hvis man vil nyde naturen skal man bare åbne hoveddøren …
