Excellent property, fantastic breakfast and service! Restaurant is top notch! We’ve been staying here for 10 years and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Better than home!

No air conditioning
Booked one of the best rooms . The first day I advise that the touch panel of the air conditioning doesn't work properly . The person at the phone confirmed that but he told he can drive the panel form the reception ... and so he did ... so no way to be indipendent in my bedroom . Worst the second night : air conditioning at max fan and no way to stop it not even from the reception . They were able to do that just after 40 minutes turning it off completely .... unforgivable thing for a suite . The day after I received just a " sorry and bye bye " . Easiest and worse way to fix the issue

Great hotel, spa and restaurant
Location is a bit of middle of nowhere, but a lovely hotel, lovely spa, pool and rooms and restaurant is a little expensive but excellent food

Just come back from a 12 day stay at the hotel and to be frank, I would go back tomorrow as it was just great. Polite staff all around from reception, cleaners, dining rooms and pool side bar areas. Room was far bigger than expected with a Queen size and a double bed, two armchairs with desk and chair. Mini bar fridge within room (contents of which are on the very pricey side) but you get two small bottles of water per day plus two coffee pods for the machine. There is a kettle as well but you need to get team bags from the breakfast dining area. Food at the hotel was superb which a huge selection meaning that we only ate the same dish one (as that was our favourite before leaving for home). On average hotel cost us 350 lei per night for food and drinks which is about £64.00 at todays rates. Pool size drinks were expensive but there are shops nearby. Gym rooms were big and well stocked with equipment with all areas of hotel air conditioned A simple drive up from Bucharest airport and plenty of room for car parking.
