Que dire Personnel et endroit très accueillant, que ce soit à l’accueil (gentillesse et disponibilité) au restaurant (excellent) le petit déjeuner ( varié et produits de qualité) les soins ( hydrojet et massages en duo . Remarquable)la chambre(propre insonorisée petites attentions et confortable) bref que du bonheur, nous attendons avec impatience l’ouverture du nouveau spa pour y retourner .

Réservation à l' avance d' un WE pour la St Valentin, plusieurs oublis non professionnels seulement annoncés à notre arrivée : les massages en duo, pourtant réservés, n' ont jamais été inscrits sur le planning qui est plein à notre arrivée à 16h ... La chambre PMR aussi non prévue ... + panne de l' ascenseur en fin d'après-midi qui nous a empêché de descendre dîner dans la salle du restaurant à 20h30 ! Quand je demande comment faire pour descendre prendre le brunch le lendemain matin et repartir, la seule réponse est qu' ils n' y sont pour rien, que le patron est absent, et qu' il faut attendre le réparateur ascenseur ..... Aucune excuse ni empathie. Bravo pour un WE de St Valentin prévu 3 semaines avant ! Hôtel 4 étoiles ! Depuis qu'ils sont passés en en Bestwestern il y a un net recul des prestations, de l' accueil, de l'état des chambres.

The hotel is situated on a lake and has a spa and golf facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our upgraded suite was lovely. Being out of season, the food menu is limited and there are ongoing works on a new spa - which will be a fabulous addition once completed.

Pour groupes, pas pour couples cherchant la tranqu
Hotel orienté séminaires en semaine, et qui a un peu de mal a comprendre les besoins d'un couple qui vient se reposer en famille le we. Il préfère accueillir 10 personnes qui se préparent pour un mariage dans une chambre( imaginez la terrasse de la chambre que veiller au calme de l'établissement. Un transfert de chambre - accepté- dans une chambre coutant 30€ moins cher ( de la vue Lac, on a accepté la vue parc). Mais 12€ de geste commercial pour compenser. Alors que nous avpons dépensé plus de 850€ pour 2 chambres, soins bien etre, diner et petit dej pour 4 personnes. Mesquin, directrice arrogante et condescendante.

Restauration qualité du repas CEPENDANT servir du pain industriel médiocre inadmissible en rapport du prix...
