Du 17 au 20 juin 2025, notre groupe vient de fêter au Golf Hôtel de Saint Samson l'anniversaire des 52 ans de sortie de notre école d'ingenieurs lyonnaise l'ECAM (Ecole Catholique des Arts et Métiers). Nous étions une quarantaine de participants. En temps que pilote des ces reunions d'anniversaire depuis plusieurs années, je temoigne ici de la satisfaction complète de tous nos camarades et de leurs épouses. Tout à été simple et agréable : le programme proposé par la responsable des événements de groupes, les chambres, les délicieux repas, les inoubliables petits déjeuners dans cette grande salle ensoleillée, le choix des excursions, la merveilleuse île de Bréhat, l'eau de mer à 18-19, la piscine à 23, la qualité et le charisme d'André notre guide tres préoccupée par nos besoins physiologiques, et tellement marrante avec son parler franco-allemand. Sans oublie les 12 trous sur un très beau parcours qui m'ont fait un instant oubliet mon arthrose digitale. Un veritable accueil et une gentillesse réelle de la part du personnel. Ca sentait un management positif et humain dont le résultat ne pouvait être que la satisfaction du client. Sans oublier le temps exceptionnel que l'équipe d'organisation avait commandé 2 ans à l'avance. Mais il y a un C dans le nom de cette école ...

Que ce soit l’accueil balbutiant d’un personnel démotivé ou mal formé , la chambre tristement banale et surtout le repas du soir pire que quelconque, le client est totalement berné, d’autant qu’il met les pieds dans un complexe 3 étoiles !! De qui se moque t on ?
