The restaurant and front desk was excellent. House keeping was the worst, our rooms were not cleaned around 1 pm and we called to ask and they came and cleaned but took all the towels and had to request them the following day. I had ticked that I want my room cleaned at least once a day if there was anything I had to do after that I believe I should have been advised so.

All staff were competent, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly Room was adequate but a little smaller than anticipated. Don't expect to find space in the fridge. Don't bang your head on the corner of the cupboard unless you are the designer. Breakfast - fantastic

Our stay was wonderful,and the staff were all friendly and very helpful…our only issue were the noise levels from our neighbours after 22h00…..I eventually had to go knock on their door and ask what all the noise was? They then quietened down.. Then there were other people walking around upstairs outside their rooms chatting on their phones like is 09h00 in the morning….buts it’s 23h00 at night. I understand that the Hotel cannot control people’s actions….but maybe some signage indicating to be quiet from 22h00? Some people just don’t have common sense!!

This trip was everything and more. I still cannot get over it. If i do go back to Western Cape, i would back to this place.

Great location, amazing staff and superb amenities! The central location gave us access to everything and anything we felt like doing or exploring on the day. Breakfast was always great and set the tone for a new day!

The room was very nice and clean. It was a real 5-star setup. The restaurant is also very nice and the whole staff is well trained and understands how guests should be treated. Excellent service from both the hotel and restaurant. The hotel is nicely positioned.

The hotel location was convent and the view were to die for. The service and staff members from reception to resturant were helpful, kind, polite and patient.

Omg. I loved the hotel. When our group arrived, we were greeted with hot towels to wash our hands and the best non alcoholic refreshing drink. The rooms were so nice and modern with the best view. The restaurant was very nice, I loved the non buffet breakfast. I highly recommend a stay.
