Accueil irréprochable. Mais déception pour la chambre : emplacement des liseuses caché avec de l'adhésif, poussière sur les plinthes des toilettes, tache sur linge de lit, pas de mini bar ni de coffre fort dans la chambre. En dédommagement, les petits déjeuners nous ont été offerts.

Nous avons bien aimé le petit déjeuner qui étaient bien complet en viennoiserie, charcuterie, yaourt, fruit, pain etc, ont à adoré notre petit moment détente dans le jacuzzi sauna et hammam. Nous remercions le personnel du petit déjeuner pour leurs sympathie, merci à toute les réceptionnistes et personnels d'entretien pour leurs serviabilités et l'amabilité avec nous. Cet établissement ne joue pas le jeu ! L'hôtel partenaire Brit Hôtel Saint-brieuc plérin***.nous a refusé la réservation du 19 au 22 août en nous informant que l'hôtel ne prenait pas de réservation Wonderbox sur cette période... Ce n'est donc pas un problème de disponibilité mais bien un refus de réservation de bon Wonderbox. La personne à l'accueil téléphonique m'a d'ailleurs indiqué que les établissements étaient libres de choisir des périodes pour les bons Wonderbox sans pour autant les déterminer à l'avance... Ce qui n'est pas vrai selon Wonderbox. Le service client m'a confirmé que les hôtels partenaires devaient garder des chambres réservées aux clients Wonderbox sans contrainte de période. Par ailleurs rien n'est mentionné sur la fiche de l'hôtel sur le site Wonderbox. Nous trouvons donc cette attitude inacceptable de la part d'un partenaire Wonderbox qui profite de la publicité et ne respecte pas ses engagements.
