Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Everything was top notch! Rooms were great, restaurant was super and the staff was excellent! Reasonable prices and we will always stay here when we visit Plentzia!

Fuimos un sábado de Junio a las 15h pedimos dos raciones, una de patatas bravas y otra de croquetas caseras( 13 euros). Tardaron 45 minutos en que nos sonase el busca e ir a recoger estas dos cosas a la barra. La ración de patatas Bravas, cortadas como si de fritas se trataran, y un mini dedil con una salsa no brava...escasisimo y las croquetas caseras (solo 5 unidades por 13 euros) bastante quemadas y en el plato con restos de aceite del rebozado quemado. Muy mala calidad precio. Pagamos 28 euros por esto y dos blancos. Un timo no volveremos. Adjuntamos foto.

El menú del día, malisimo. No sabe hacer un arroz, ni lo que es una sopa de pescado, no un puré. Cambiad de cocinero, antes estaba todo rico.

Lo mejor del País Vasco en el hotel Bahia de Plentzia. Somos un grupo inglés. Es la segunda vez que venimos y al pasar la puerta, el trato es muy personal y acogedor! Nos quedamos 5 días en media pensión y la verdad es que no faltamos de nada. El grupo, super contento con las habitaciones y las maravillosas vistas. La comida del menú que disfrutamos cada día fue una verdadera experiencia culinaria. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de metro y 15 de la playa! Mención especial a Yasin que nos trató de maravilla todos estos días. Volveremos! Saludos desde Reading en Inglaterra.

Menú del día calidad precio muy mal,el pan de chicle,sopa de pescado sospechosamente agria,pasta con salsa de algo indescifrable, el pescado que ponía en el menú no había ni tampoco un segundo pescado que supone que sí tampoco y ofrecían chicharro a la brasa que no había visto la brasa ni en fotografía con patata cocida de bote y cebolla pochada lo mismo sabía dulce todo, tarta de manzana como una piedra, hacía tiempo que no me sentía tan engañado.

Nuestra opinión sobre el servicio de restaurante corresponde a un día entre semana. Pedimos algo para picar que nos acabó costando 46 euros para 3 personas (bebimos agua embotellada) y cuya calidad y cantidad no se correspondió con ese precio. Tras esperar más de media hora sin rechistar, nos levantamos a ver lo que ocurría. No conseguimos que nos trajeran la comida hasta pasados 45 minutos (como nos habían cobrado en la barra, no nos fuimos) y cuando nos quejamos (educadamente), el camarero malhumorado nos puso como disculpa que había más gente esperando mientras nos tiraba los cubiertos encima de la mesa de malos modos. Lo cierto es que sacaron antes la comida a otras personas que habían llegado después que nosotros. Hemos estado otras veces en el hotel y jamás nos habían tratado así.

Hemos ido desde Bilbao a pasar el día en Plentzia. En la hora de la comida nos hemos decantado por La terraza del restaurante del hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y muy buena vista, las carnes que hemos elegido bien hechas, pero cuidado, una de las camareras te puede morder.
