Staffs was all friendly and proceeded with smooth check-in, was given a free upgrade to a triple room and high floor. Everything is good and definitely worth the price paid for. Good water pressure and water temperature was easy to adjust to individual preferences, TV was new smart TV and also wider in size compared to some other hotel. Basic amenities were provided. There’re 2 places to improve in my opinion; 1st- air conditioning since not cold enough as the room temperature stays at around 25 degree celsius. 2nd- room service came 9 plus asking, will be better to schedule to a later timing for guests that are not checking out. Other than the above, this place is definitely my favourite and first choice.

First time booking this hotel and i must say, I’m impressed!! Love the convenience it is to ksl city and the wide variety of food located just below the hotel! Will definitely book this hotel again

We stayed in a deluxe king bedroom on the 16th floor. It’s quite easily walkable from City Square Mall, abt 5-10min away :-) Staff were friendly too. Very refreshing view of the causeway from where we were. The room itself was decently clean though the ceiling was a bit dusty. Bathroom amenities were the usual. But overall a decent choice for a hotel near CIQ :)

The building is triangle in shape and all room door facing inwards of tri-angle with balcony able to see all floor all rooms in a glance, no floor privacy. Room design is very classic and basic, no bathrope no hand towels no pen paper. The house sliper is also lousy. Drop by to see the swimming pool but entrance are not easily visible to pool, no guard looking out in case of safety. I will not recommend unless you only need to overnight waiting to board Ferry.

From the moment I checked in until the day I left, everything was flawless: • Check-in & Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome right away. • Room: Spacious, spotless, and modern – the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. • Amenities: Excellent facilities including the pool and gym, all well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. • Dining: The breakfast spread was fresh, varied, and delicious – plenty of options to start the day right. • Location: Super convenient, close to CIQ and shopping spots, which made getting around Johor Bahru very easy. Overall, it was a perfect stay with zero complaints. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Capri by Fraser JB to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is just right in the middle of Johor sentral and very convenient with all necessary shops and restaurants nearby. Receptionist have provided a 24th floor room to me which I have much appreciated that with excellent scenery. The room and facilities are quite old but well maintained. Bed and pillow are clean and comfortable. Toilet and bathtub are also well maintained and no smelly issue. The next day morning breakfast is simple and good, nothing much to complaint. Overall staying experience is good and value for money, definitely will choose this hotel again if travel to Johor.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated conveniently near the Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ) checkpoint and several malls, offering easy access to a variety of dining options. However, the rooms are somewhat compact, and the breakfast buffet is fairly standard, lacking an eggs station. On a positive note, there's a lively pub adjacent to the hotel featuring good music, and Grab transportation is readily accessible.”

My husband and I always love the city hotel. Why ? We love the vibes, the people, the location. This is our go to short escape, we go to every hotel in the city for 2days1night, we sit near the window with our JCO's Donut, enjoying the view, and resting. Sometimes we just want new air, feel stuck yesterday ? Now our mind is clear and fresh ☺️❤️ Oh yes, the crib clean and thanks for the free coloring book + crayon, popcorn, and refreshing welcome drinks. Service good, no doubt. Just the entrance and the mall, it is not stroller friendly so I need to go a bit farther and the parking lot is not near too with the lobby. Or Maybe I need to go again to check the access. That time we try to find the way but it seems like that's the way at that time.

This morning after we had a breakfast. We went to had some walk, after we came back to own hotel room. We saw one extra bed in own room. We still haven check out, it shouldn't be lie this. It about own safety. I had feedback to the manager. I still not happy about it. Hope it wouldn't happen it again.
