Service was great just wished the room felt cleaner and had new couches.

Was charged to the room for snacks and drinks that we never ordered. Also breakfast was packed and there was no food. Staff had to be flagged down to replace empty hot plates. I was sitting with my kids (grabbed an empty chair from a table) the kitchen staff person saw I was with my children in the middle of breakfast made me put the chair back and stand. Embarrassing me in front of the very one there.

Room was clean and spacious. Allowed dogs for a cleaning fee. Understood that we needed a ground level for the dogs and no cleaning services at our request due to the dogs. We stay there when we go back home for a visit. Good location. Near dinning and shopping.

Great place to stay for a short or long visit- great area, very quiet. There is a large parking lot, and while there are no elevators or escalators at this location, there isn't a huge set of stairs to climb. The staff was super friendly and the business center was clean and ready for use.

We were in the area for a wedding, and invited our family to join us for a small bbq at our hotel. It was a fantastic amenity! The bbq needed a little maintenance, but it was serviceable and we had a wonderful cozy visit with our family. The fire pit was lovely to sit around and talk, too. Beds were a little hard, but everything was clean and the kitchenettes were well supplied. Front desk even had bbq tools for us to use. Delightful stay, great pool, wonderful hot tub. If I was ever in the area again I would stay here, though I would like the beds to be a bit softer. There were a bunch of great shops right across the street, too. Starbucks, Apna Market, and on the opposite corner a whole bunch of restaurants and an ice cream shop. Very convenient!
