Rooms are ok needs some maintenance but otherwise clean, staff is very friendly, I would return if my work assigns me again, chick fil a is walking distance along with other food places, the property as a whole is decent it can use some cleaning but it wasn’t bad

Bed is comfortable, sofa sleepers are not that, kitchen has stovetop made us save lots of money, will return to this property one of the good extended stay in the Bay Area, it’s safe and no homeless people walking around, manager is very nice and helpful

Close to the fair, greatly priced, property is good, breakfast only muffins and coffee, but Starbucks is across the street, front desk very nice and gave us good advise about the area we would be back again if price is reasonable, room is ok old but clean

Breakfast is meh but place is decent lots of places to eat at will return, room is dated but clean, staff are very nice and welcoming, manager mark was courteous, it gave a family oriented vibe, parking was easy, plenty of places to dine in and it was close to the event that we are going to do. we would return again if given opportunity arises

Accidentally booked this hotel for a work trip and didn’t even spend a single night there. As soon as you walked in it was clear the hotel was run down, dirty and how a strong smoke odor. The front desk was extremely kind and professional but the condition of this hotel was terrible! The room was old and outdated, the bathroom lights didn’t work nor did the toilet flush and I absolutely refused to take a bath in that room. I was booked for a week and checked out a few hours after checking in. When I told the staff I was checking out they were very apologetic and asked the reason for my departure. I explained to them all my concerns but they were not the least bit surprised. There were holes in the ceiling, the elevator operator name was “deez nuts” and the kitchen was filthy. Would never even consider staying there.

Greatly disappointed in quality of this location. Room not ready at check in. Checked two other rooms before taking one. Found those rooms very worn, items not working or lacking items apparently taken to give to another guest. Room finally given covered in Sheetrock dust, no closet rack,overhead fixture missing lights & missing protective cover. Asked for coffee maker, brought a broken on I was told it worked but just missing water cover & other parts broken. One they exchanged it for still had coffee pouch from prior guest & not cleaned. Many rooms have regular long term guests, many with 2 or more large dogs. Hallway on 3rd floor reeked of pet deifications & was told they try to spray deodorized rather than hire professional carpet cleaners. Not properly cleaning leaves bacterial residue to track inside rooms causing health hazards. There are many various repair people but they don’t work safe or clean with guests in place. Had to move after 3 nights. Desk personnel try to help but say they have nothing to work with. Perfect location, not a good place to stay.

The staff is so awesome. They are polite, kind, very business. They really treat you like you are family. The ladies really make you feel right at home. My stay here has been so comfortable. The ladies are always there to get me what I need and are very nice about it as well. Three cheers for Extended Stay America!
