Front receptionist was very nice. There were bed bugs in my bed room 310. I was bit in three places on my body. I won't be back again.

Any half decent business that respects their customers should validate email addresses. Instead they send me other people's booking and personal information. Wildly unprofessional.

The room was super cute but the bathroom was nasty. The bed was super hard and only a sheet for a blanket. Had coffee in room but no coffee pot. The bathtub faucet dripped all night.
Was super tired when we got there so we slept and left.

Room was hot all night long and it smelled like pee. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned and it gave me the creeps. Not sure if the per smelled came from the room or the AC unit. It was so strong I could not tell. We to get cleaners and Lysol to clean the room so I could rest easier.

Hair dryer didn't work. Tv was blurry.
Looking out the window was an eye sore. All we could see was the roof top and all the trash that was left behind from a recent repair.

Yucky carpet
Hotel is not the worst I have stayed in. With that being said, whoever does repair work needs trianing. The cleaning crew needs to clean the carpet. The carpet was the worst, sticky feeling, could not walk around room without shoes on.
