I suppose for the price… I got what I paid for. I stayed here for 2 weeks as I was in the area for business. The place is not very clean. When you walk into the lobby it’s hot. When I got to the room I was assigned I had to switch because the AC was broke in there.. Housekeeping does the bare minimum. The whole time I was there all they did was come in and refill toilet paper, cups, and replace towels. No cleaning done whatsoever.. I had to ask to use their vacuum and have my sheets changed. I also heard there was a bedbug problem a few weeks prior to my stay and apparently that’s a reoccurring issue there. The pool is broke (the gentleman working the front desk told me this is the 3rd year in a row that’s it’s been out of service) the vending machines on both floors were out of basically everything. The ice machine was broke. Everything about this hotel screams poor management. I was very disappointed.. I remember staying there years ago and it was a lot better.. definitely has gone down hill. Not sure if they got new owners or what the problem is but they need to do better.

For a few dollars more I'm sure people can find a better place to stay. We were there for 4 days. EARLY there was a knock on the door for fresh towels and the trash taken out. One morning we got a coffee cup with the coffee packets jammed in it. No cleaning, no vacuum, no clean sheets, no made bed, the minimum for breakfast (no fruit) at all, unfriendly staff the list goes on. Want a positive? The lady at breakfast was okay, but I think even she had problems with the staff. They didn't seem to be much help when she needed it.

The staff was helpful, however the property is old and outdated. Carpets old and dirty. I did have a good nights rest. Good for just passing through for rest while traveling....not good for vacationing.

I had issues with my key card repeatedly. The ice machines were out of service. Otherwise, it was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.
