When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby had a suspicious smell. We thought it was strange that there was a portable fan running next to our door. After opening the door to our room, we smelled the scent of cat and I am highly allergic to cat. The room did not look very clean, so we checked the mattresses & pillows for bedbugs before we sat down. We then left for our meeting, but after discussing this, we agreed that we could not stay at this hotel. We gathered our bags (which we had not opened) and turned in our key cards. After telling the manager about the cat smell and the charcoal filter hanging from the clothing rack, she stated that they had had this complaint before! I wonder if this is why the fan was running and the charcoal filter was in the room? It’s obvious they were trying to cover up something.

Very friendly staff! Room was clean and if we needed anything they had no problem helping us out!
Only bad thing was the pool was chilly, not a huge deal, but that was my only complaint.

Timid staff.
My wife & I had a great stay, but another couple in our party had a terrible one!! The room adjacent to their’s started having cartoons on the TV as loud as it would go at midnight & the staff said they couldn’t do anything about it!! They got NO sleep that night & had to move to an another property for the following night to be sure to be able to sleep. The staff saying they couldn’t do anything about it was totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

Don't stay here, go to Quality Inn next door
Terrible!!!!!!!! Left after one night. The loudest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I have never left a hotel half way though a trip before, but couldn't sleep there another night
