Although a little hard for us to find as novel Baja California travelers, our arrival at Hotel Bellafer showed a spectacular resort on the top of a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Driving from the hot deserts, the climate of 68 degrees was delicious. But most impressive was the greeting at the hotel, "Hello Jeff, I'm Isaac, you'll be staying with us for 5 nights, right?" was so soothing. The smaller rooms were nice, but changing to a balcony view of the pool area and overlooking the Rosarito coast was awe-inspiring. The restaurant food, which included a free breakfast, was sublime, essentially gourmet with mixed tastes and spices. But most impressive about this hotel/resort was the staff, they always stopped to ask us how we were doing, if we needed anything, and were readily helpful with our requests. They stopped, smiled, asked, conversed with us, and got us what we desired every time. Even one night, I just needed a couple of quesadillas, and voila: they brought them to our room. This was a wonderful time of rest for us, we'll be going back.

We recently stayed at Bellafer Hotel in Rosarito, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably clean and stocked with all the necessary toiletries; comfortable bed & pillows. The customer service is outstanding—always attentive and ready to assist. It's wonderfully quiet, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature with an ocean view. The valet service made our stay even more convenient, effortlessly transporting us to our room. A delicious breakfast breakfast was included, which is a PLUS! *Safe - situated in a gated community with police car surveillance Mitzy Lima was particularly remarkable; her kindness and helpfulness enhanced our stay immensely. She and her colleague took us on an adventurous ride in the razor, a fantastic highlight of our stay. Based on my experience, I'm coming back this summer!

El hotel en general es muy bonito/ elegante, las camas son cómodas y muy limpias, la habitación (suite en la que nos hospedamos) cuenta con un frigobar y una cafetera, en general es muy cómoda la habitación, el área de alberca es pequeña pero muy agradable con albercas climatizadas, respecto al restaurant es bonito y la comida es buena, con una vista muy agradable sobre todo por la tarde. El personal es muy atento y amigable. En general una muy buena experiencia.

Es un Hotel de lujo muy acogedor con unas instalaciones muy bonitas y el personal muy amable -profesional.. La atención excelente!! El área de alberca muy bonito,limpio.. La comida en su restaurant super rica.. De verdad uno sale de la rutina en una estancia aqui.. La pasamos genial!

This brand new hotel in Rosarito is so nice. Beautiful room and pool. The restaurant is delicious and the staff is so nice and accommodating. My husband and I loved our stay and we will be back. If you love a drink in your hand, sitting in the sun by a beautiful pool…this is your next spot to visit.

Did not stay at the hotel. We did happen to peak in a room and it was gorgeous. We came to eat and enjoy the view. The food and drinks were delightful. Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Gene was especially gracious. The grounds are beautiful as well as the whole esthetics of the hotel. We were there just before sunset and the view was spectacular! We have been to quite a few glamorous and beautiful hotels over the years and this one is 5 stars
