It was my second time on this Hotel, the room allocated 1319 the AC was not working, Safe was not working, Minibar not working, on arrival the room was full a black long hairs all over, I came to reception for a room move the receptionist said, it was not possible as they were having a government event therefore the hotel was sold out. The AC was not fixed, HSK went to the room an cleaned. The bath glass was not cleaned for long time,
As I paid for full board, on my second day , I wanted to have lunch, what a joke, no one knew about where the lunch was served, I was sent from the buffet to the Pool, from there to the Italian, and back to square one, ended not eating.
There were a leak from the corridor to the room. I will never ever returned to this hotel. As the pictures on the website are not what you get.
