This place is Horrible. Don't provide wash clothes No phone or internet in rooms no lighting on walk ways to your room food is Horrible No activity. If you go on a day trip and need a beach towel for the next morning they will not provide because that area closed at 5pm .they say that we have No access to to laundry room. There communication with you is Horrible they say that I understand English but the answer and response doesn't line up has nothing related to the conversation. No help with you luggage. You need your own rental car . They use this passenger little truck with bench have to put your luggage on and if people are on you have to wait until another come and put your luggage on. All rooms are on this steap hill so while you are taking your luggage off one person must hold the luggage to prevent them from rolling down the hill. We had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to keep out insects half inch to 3// gap from the bottom of the door a floor. 2 English channels on TV rest of them are in Spanish. This property is Old and run down. They don't provide any drinking water. You must find a store and purchase. No Iron in the room kitchen with No accessories dish detergent Nothing. Ask to speak with Manager never received any communications from him four the 7 days that I was on the resort. This place needs to be shut down poor poor standards. We are used to up scale resorts. I wouldn't send my children there for summer camp. Beautiful country this resort is Horrible!!!!!

Mixed review lets start with the goods. We had great views. Overlooks the ocean. The beach is clean and water is nice with easy access to it. The staff very nice. Pools are nice. The bads. Food mediocre. No real Access to taxi or uber. The bars mediocre. They exaggerate on room refrigerator being stocked. Three beers and one wine then didn’t replace. Good transportation up and down the hill. Overall. Average with great view.

Read through the reviews and see why there are so many negative ones. This place is soooo tired! While people wrote that breakfast was good, I'd say it was acceptable at best. No variety at all, same stuff every day, the fruit bins (watermelon, pineapple, etc.) looked unsanitary. Thank goodness I didn't go for the all-inclusive option—but let me tell you that all the tiny restaurants that are within walking distance will charge at least $25 to $30 a person for a dinner. Unbelievably expensive for places like that. After much talking I finally received a unit (105) with a non-private "porch" with view of the bay. No view from the inside of the tiny 1-bedroom. Typical RCI fare.

I just got back from costa rica and.i stayed at this resort.. and I really wish I read the reviews before I booked it..i did read the reviews after the fact . The guy from RCI said everyone has their own experiences on vacation..well my experiences were the same with everyone that gave this resort 1 star..it's a old resort that needs alot of TLC.. the people were very nice and it has a beautiful view.. that's about all I can positively say.. i got to the resort early and they wouldnt check.me in till.3pm.. so.i sat outside.dying in the heat for 3 hours ... ..before I got there the front desk staff said to book my all inclusive packages before I get there it's cheaper..ok it was 486.00 per person and it's not worth that...the drinks were watered down.. and the food was not good..they served the same things almost everyday.. I wound up going to the restaurant on the beach every nite.. I wish I didn't get that package it's a waste of.money the food is not good... they boast they have restaurants on site ... they dont... they have one but it's just for newlyweds..and one that's never opened..when you first get to.condovac you notice a large ferris wheel.in the front?? Why?? This isn't a circus and it is so.tacky...it's old and rusty and I guess it attracted family's to.stay there... in the back is more circus rides that aren't used.. the pictures aren't updated on the website..the actual resort is very different... the rooms are.old... and need alot of work.. close your doors at night because huge raccoons patrol the grounds and they will come into your room at nite... I know because one robbed all.my snacks.. there are many.other resorts to stay at.in costa rica.. do your homework and read the reviews before you stay anywhere... at the resort they had great tours... but that has nothing to do with condo.vac.. I believe back in the day it.was a great place... they.need someone to come in a fix it up..or close it down .. but I loved costa rica.. it's a wonderful country

No vengan!!!

Rooms don't have Wifi; they claimed it was down but a staff member later told us that's a lie. Food was mediocre and generally lacked robust flavors. Staff was friendly. On-site tour company wouldn't let us pre-book when I requested to do so and made us wait til arrival. When we tried to book onsite, we were told there weren't enough people signed up for the rainforest tour we wanted, and they didn't refer us to another company or try to assist further. Instead, the tour company was solely focused on pressuring us to sign up for the marketing tour designed to sell us vacation packages. I don't recommend this resort or this part of Costa Rica. This area is dry and lacks in the biodiversity Costa Rica is known for. Best thing about resort is the unaffiliated businesses along the beach beside it. Eat at those restaurants instead of buying the resort's all-inclusive package.
