We had the most amazing experience in this tromanto hotel! The hotel was very affordable and the staff was extremely friendly! We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday and enjoyed the nice relaxing pool the amazing black sand beaches, and the best Costa Rican breakfast!! The breakfast was included with the reservation And the pool and facilities were also clean and refreshing. My favorite part was the staff who really cares a lot about this country and this place. This hotel is also close to the city so it’s easy to get around from location if you need it. Jeancarlo, arinton , Jorge were the three people who really helped make the experience 10/10 and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

3 night stay at Hotel Tramonto. Overall nice place, friendly staff and very comfortable beds. AC worked well and shower was good. Breakfast and Restaurant are fine, especially for Costa Rica. The bad was few chairs near beach and no rental Chairs or anything. Can't swim but can dip in ocean and shower at front of hotel. Chairs by pool can be hazard with screws coming out of wood chairs which get dangerous and too few plastic ones. Lovely view of beach and surfers and wild macaw to see. The only other drawback is the trucks! Tons and tons of dump trucks drive by during day, so loud and diesel fumes. Of course not the hotels fault. Shout out to desk guy with blue curls (sorry i forgot your name) and Sergio our favorite waiter.

Pésimo servicio, publicidad engañosa, en las fotos es una cosa y el hotel es otra, pagué una suite y el aire acondicionado botaba agua y nunca lo arreglaron, llegamos a desayunar y nos dijeron que ya no había pinto y al rato habían llevado más pinto, ni siquiera tienen la delicadeza de decir que había que esperar, en fin no volvería jamás

"Decepción Total". Lo que ofrecen por medio de imágenes y lo que se vive en la realidad". Imágenes de hace mucho años, desayuno de burla, un pinto sin amor (revolvieron arroz con frijoles solamente), las tostadas era pan añejo que no se podía masticar.

First of all the hotel needs mayor updates…. The pool was Green … full of Algae . Too much floor deodorant in the hall ways…. Other than the breakfast was delicious… I would give this restaurant 0 only 1 start ⭐️…..don’t order the pizza .

This was a beautiful hotel right on the beach. I loved the long pool in the middle, and the upper lounge areas were great to hang out in. The food was good and plentiful. Overall a great vacation destination!
