From the start to the end of our holiday all the staff greeted you with smiling faces. We were self catering so we only ate at the pool bar every now and then, food was good that we experienced. Everything was very clean and tidy. If I were to go back to this area it would be this hotel.

Staying here just now(May 25) Fantastic Hotel with amazing staff. We're here for 3 weeks so eating in the apartment most of the time. Here are our pros and cons. Sorry for being a bit picky but if you're here for 21 nights you like things to be just right and budget dictates the amount of nights we can eat out either breakfast, lunch, Dinner Pros 1. This hotel is amazing. Adults only. My wife and I are in room 213 street view but nice. Wow its clean, it's layout, it's location is unbeatable. Room turn down, buckets emptied every day and it seemed as if we got new towels and bedding every 2 days!! 2. 2 beautiful pools with luxury sunbeds and cabanas. Never needed to put our towels down, there is always free longers 3 wonderful small restaurant with lovely seating and a chill vibe 4 help yourself to free beach towels whenever you need, hand them back to the pool guy or drop in the linen basket when you're done for the day 5. Help yourself to free popcorn from the machine at the restaurant 6. Staff, especially the cleaning staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble 7 fantastic welcome party at the relaxation area on Monday with free wine and snacks/dips 8. Really good entertainment at the poolside most afternoons 9. Free refreshing shots given out at the pool by staff, usually when it's the hottest part of the day 10 Top quality jacuzzi and chill area on the 4th floor. Also a sauna(no charge) 11. Two small but functional gyms 12. Cracking reception area at the entrance with comfy seating. We took our own drinks from the room and sat out most nights people watching 13. Rooms are fantastic. Huge TV with UK channels and access to HDMI/USB ports. The shower is big enough for 6 people. Aircon is excellent and quiet 14. Located (90 seconds away) from Dino Hypermarket. Fantastic for self caterers and just as close to great little bars and restaurants. Yumbo only 5 mins walk away. 15. All in all a fantastic hotel for chilling and a great relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back and will 100% recommend to friends. Cons (remember we're here for 3 weeks so sorry for being a bit pernickety) 1. Nice big fridge but no ice box!! Infuriating having to go to the pool bar or reception when you need ice (staff very nice though) 2. Poor selection of utensils. No flat fish slice type for flipping fried eggs etc, only 2 large ladels provided. I asked cleaner and reception but had to go out and buy one eventually. Only €3 but it's the principal No colander for draining pasta etc. I had to use the plastic microwave cover which had holes in it. No wooden spoon(a staple of self catering holidays🤣) 3. Room really nice but getting into the shower area is a bit awkward as the door opens onto the shower and you have to shuffle round it to get in (waterfall shower is amazing though) 4. Can't think of any other cons....

This was our second stay at the hotel with a group of friends, and while we had a lovely holiday overall, it didn’t quite live up to our first visit. We stayed in room 210, which could use some maintenance and a refresh. The handheld shower head wasn’t working, there were cracks in the tiles, and unfortunately, we found a large dead bug in the room when we first checked in. That said, the cleaning throughout our stay was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious—especially the pizza! However, the restaurant and bar staff could be a bit slow and unfriendly at times. We did notice an improvement by the end of our stay, and on our last day, the service was noticeably better. It seems like they are responding to feedback, which is great to see. All other staff were lovely, including the cleaners and reception team. The pool area was excellent, and a special mention had to go to the lifeguard—he was outstanding. He worked tirelessly every day to keep the area clean, tidy, and safe. He truly gave 100% and was a real standout. We would consider returning at the right price. For a four-star hotel, however, some reinvestment and updates are needed to maintain standards.

As always, the reception staff were amazing, friendly, and very professional upon check in at reception. So were the employees from housekeeping and Palmera restaurant. Unlike staff at the pool bar unfortunately. They did not seem to enjoy their job whatsoever. The way a bottle of wine was opened before my eyes was beyond credible: the entire neck sleeve was taken off the bottle, and the very unfriendly and untrained guy was a terrible experience. Staff at pool bar generally bored and annoyed. Shame. Another thing that needs to be said: although the prices are very high, they charge you extra to use the room safe (€4 per day!). In my eyes, this is unacceptable.

I booked for same day arrival due to an Airbnb disaster. I called ahead to Reception and asked if an earlier check-in could be accommodated and the Receptionist happily said that he would speak to housekeeping and prioritise our room being ready due to our situation. Upon arrival we were greeted by kind, friendly, and professional reception staff who made us feel welcome and offered us an arrival drink, which was very welcome after the morning we’d had. Our room was a south facing balcony room, which had a lovely view of some of the pool area, the sun deck, and limited sea views. The hotel is immaculate and smells amazing. Our room was well appointed with great facilities as advertised, and the towels and bed linen were spotless. The breakfast is excellent value with a huge amount of choice. There is a hot station serving freshly cooked to order eggs and bacon and then there is every other breakfast item you can imagine! We loved our unexpected stay so much we have changed a booking in January 2026 to come back! We’ll be sad to check out tomorrow!!
