Very disappointed. Have been going to Aqua for over a decade. And this time probably our last. Booked 9 months in advance. Asked as usual for bungalows next door to my friends and near the bar / restaurant area (we travel together to Aqua all the time). Arrived to find we were in the bungalows by the exit door and not together. My bungalow hadn’t been occupied in a while, it smelt musty. The shower didn’t work and I had to clean the shower head because it was blocked. The lovely leather / suede sofa really did smell, it had visible stains on it. I booked for 2 people and was charged the extra. I told them via email that my partner was arriving a few days later than me. When he tried to check in, he wasn’t allowed and despite me showing the documents, the guy called “yabba” just said no and said the office said they hadn’t received the booking. My partner stayed 1 night and just left. Yabba was only really interested in flirting with a could from Netherlands. Paid over E4000 for 2 weeks over Xmas and was so disappointed and do after all these years. Probably the last time ever. Have booked for Christmas 2025 but not here. ( avoid Bungalow 11 ) makes me sad as previously always enjoyed Aqua and seeing Arec and Liber who were great and I think the guy in the office (think I recall his name was Ingo ) left also as this booking was so screwed up.

I've been visiting Gran Canaria for 37 years now and stayed in many places, but this was my first time at Aqua Beach. It is now my favourite. Well run, lovely helpful staff, handy for the Yumbo. Very comfortable, good breakfasts and nice atmosphere around the pool. Handy gym.

Bungalow was perfect having everything I needed. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout. No problem finding a free sun bed no matter how late one surfaced from the night before. Lunch snacks were carefully prepared and good quality. I would have no hesitation in choosing this accommodation again in future. Its close proximity to the Yumbo is an added bonus. I have visited GC numerous times over many, many years but this was my first stay here.

Toller Urlaub in einem sauberen, schönen Ressort! Wir haben im Februar 2025 eine Woche im Aqua Beach verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, trotzdem mit kompletter Privatsphäre und ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der zentrale Platz inkl. Pool und Jacuzzi ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert! Einziger Minuspunkt: Da das Ressort direkt neben dem Jumbo-Center liegt, ist es nachts eher laut. Wer eher einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen.

This was my second time staying at Aqua Beach and once again had a wonderful time. As a naturist I love the fact that this is a clothing optional complex (although there is no pressure to be nude if you prefer not to be). As a solo traveller I prefer to self cater and the bungalows are very well equipped to be able to do this. Only been home a few days and can’t wait to come back. Thank you

A neat and clean accommodation with all comforts, fully equipped nice bungalows with comfortable beds and a wonderful staff. There is a very pleasant atmosphere at the accommodation. I've been there 6 times already and I definitely want to go again.

Een goed onderhouden accommodatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel en ruime goed ingerichte appartementen. Het complex ligt recht tegenover het Yumbo Centrum waar gasten van Aqua Beach alles vinden om te eten drinken en een feestje te bouwen.

Ein wunderschöne und saubere Anlage. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht deinen Aufenthalt zu was besonderem zu machen. Ich hatte auch den Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück gebucht, das klappte ohne Probleme. Ich kann diese Anlage nur jedem empfehlen, war dieses Jahr zweimal dort und nächstes Jahr geht es wieder dahin. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt.

Muy buena opción para disfrutar de Maspalomas. Muy limpio, muy bien decorado, trato muy amable, piscina con agua templada y jacuzzi con agua caliente. Super tranquilo y a un paso, literal, del Yumbo. Como pequeña queja es que, al estar pegado al Yumbo, desde los bungalows más cercanos a él se hoye la música y el tráfico en la calle. Por lo demás, un 10.
