Location. Perfect. Right next to the Jumbo center with its bars, shops and restaurants. Check in was quick. The rooms were clean and functional. The shower was brilliant. Pool area was big enough for the hotel but no inflatables or balls allowed. Hired a car through them which was old but did the job and a good price. Had breakfast one day which was lovely with a real orange juice machine. Bar drinks cheaper than expected. Only downside is air conditioning is charged at €12 a day and we had two rooms. One room has great A/C but the other struggled to keep it cool. If you don't go for AC then you can open the bedroom window and the balcony door but when there is now breeze then this doesn't work. It can also get very noisy if you leave your bedroom window open. Shout out to Lester who sorted our issue with the AC when it stopped working. Pedro ( the boss) was also on the desk alot which shows the care and personal service of the hotel. Definitely recommend. Also they gave my lady a birthday gift without us saying anything. Class

Perfect location, everything you need. The reception staff were helpful and solved any problems we had. The pool was warm and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. It was my birthday while we were there and I got a bottle of wine flowers and chocolate when we got back to the room which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just home from the apartments. Great location. Plenty of sunbeds. No need to get up at crack of dawn to get one. Rooms cleaned daily. We used the room literally to sleep in, we eat out for breakfast across road and yumbo for dinner. The apartment itself has everything you need. Every room has a pool view, clean, separate bedroom. Pool area spotless. One thing that did annoy me slightly a few kids had bought balls for pool but were not allowed them. Not really a good look for the hotel stopping kids having fun on holiday. Overall I would defo recommend this hotel and will stay here again if i come to the area.

We have visited all the canary islands many times but never been to GC so we booked this hotel for our first visit. I am so glad we chose this lovely place. Arrived at 8pm. Room ready and clean. There were chocolates, fresh flowers and a bottle on wine in there! . Lovely thought. Rooms very clean with a kitchenette in the lounge. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, fridge appliances etc. Not huge but more than big enough for us. GREAT location next to the yumbo centrum (which is wonderful). Staff are all fabulous, Jennifer on reception is lovely. Bed... Possibly the comfiest we've ever stayed on. And a proper double, not two pushed together. Cleaners in every day other than Sunday which is great. Shower..... Brilliant with plenty of pressure. All balconies face out onto the pool. Bedrooms in the back are against the road side but close the window and you sleep fine. No need for air con, it stayed cool all night despite it being 35 degrees here. Pool area fabulous... The best we've been to with a very nice jacuzzi in it . Plenty of sunbeds and again... These are the best we've ever stayed in. Just wonderful. Bar great also. In fact... It's been perfect and we've still got half a week left to enjoy. Thanks for the great service and we will definitely book to come here again

This hotel is loverly and clean. Staff work very hard reception staff very friendly good price on food on drinks pool is very good love the deep end. Room very clean, good shower pressure. The lady on the bar is simply one of the best staff members here really love her she made our hoilday Kind Regards Jonathan

Just arrived back from this hotel..have no complaints at all..stayed self catering so can't comment on restaurant..room perfectly fine ..didn't use the air con ..was ok to sleep at night without it .... swimming pool a bit fresh when first get in but I think body so hot from laying in sun ..cools ya down nicely.....Nice touch from hotel with the complimentary kitchen & bathroom needs ....all in all a great 9 nights spent here....thank you

Solo female taveller, booked 3 nights last minute, don't normally do 2* but great price etc. On arrival lovely reception staff, he told me my room, where to get breakfast next day, where the lift was etc. Got to the room, very clean, lovely sitting area, nice balcony's (all face the pool. I was 3rd floor 325) I went b&b and the kitchen area was very well equipped for self catering, there was new cloth sponge washing up liquid tea towel. Breakfast was great, everything from cereal, breads, meats, cheese eggs, small cooked area, bacon beans hashbrowns etc really good coffee machine, fresh orange machine. Cakes pastries. Again iv had less in a 3* No issues with sunbeds (best ones iv ever had, padded with pillows they looked brandnew) Location was great, good supermarket across the road just off the roundabout. Yumbo centre is 2 min walk. Beach was 15 mins away down one road straight to maspalomas beach. So many lovely restaurants cafe shops, sunbeds on the beach were 7.50 for 2beds amd umbrella (mine was 5 as only 1 bed and umbrella) I slept 8hrs every night, best pillows ever. It's quiet and my bed was super comfortable. I felt safe, area was great, hotel spot on! Il def come back here in a few month. Thank you

Great budget hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Single beds are a shame though, can’t really push together cos of sockets. Can’t really fault the place for price and location. Only negatives is the noise from road at night even with earplugs and toilet rolls get wet from being under the sink. Stayed here many times and will again I’m sure
