This hotel is very well located, in a quiet area in walking distance to everything The apartments are very clean and so is the pool area and everything up to quality standards , Rodrigo and his team take care of everything. Very helpful, welcoming and warm staff. Definitely recommend this Hotel

Amazing hotel and outstanding staff. Rodrigo, Alejandro and Raúl look after the guests with a lot of devotion. The pool is warm and the beds are really comfy! I had the most relaxing week and it’s always a pleasure to be there. Well done to the team!

Everyrhing was perfect at the appartment hotel. The appartement hotel is located in a very quiet area, the beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Rodrigo and Dani are very friendly, helpful and courteous employees. That has been the 2nd time for me there. And I'll be back!

Staff needs to be 24h and to have more training I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there). Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price. It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi.
