HL Rondo Hotel

From the moment you walk you are in heaven, the feel of the hotel is luxurious, exceptionally clean, chic and very modern. I'm struggling to find any negatives, I mean really struggling!. I usually don't leave reviews but I had to this time, even though we still have 5days of our holiday left. Nothing is too much trouble here, the staff are truly amazing, polite, professional and attentive. All you have to do is ask and it will be done. For instance....there was no apple juice at breakfast so I asked if we could have some and within seconds it was on our table. The rooms are stunning,spacious and again very modern with all the usual touches of a 4* hotel. Tea, coffee etc, fridge and lots extras too (razors, toothbrushes, soap etc) There's a large tv with Netflix etc and huge mirrors for the all important selfies! Lots of storage and extra bedding. Wow the beds are super comfortable and im sleeping like a baby! The balcony's are great with a table and chairs. Some have loungers too. The cleaners are thorough and quick. We are bed and breakfast, the food is all so fresh and the egg man is fantastic, omelettes, pancakes, bacon, fried eggs and toasties all cooked to order while you watch. There is a huge selection of fruit, pastries, cereals, yoghurts and breads. Perfect. The pool is beautiful, not too cold. There are a couple of jacuzzi pools too. Sun loungers are plentiful and there are quite a few four poster beds too. There is no bellowing pool music or aqua aerobics style activity (perfect for us as we like to relax) This is a beautiful place to relax, reset and chill. The location is great too, not far from the noise and buzz but far enough away not to be bothered by it. There's a plethora of restaurants and bars for all types of food and entertainment. The Yumbo centre is fantastic, full of bars, restaurants and cabaret shows. To sum up....I highly recommend HL Rondo to all and will be returning.

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks and we had a fabulous time, First I would like to thank the manager very much for bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival as it was our 49 wedding anniversary also for lovely room superior suites exactly as advertised very nice We stayed bed and breakfast only which where outstanding the staff are so professional helpful and always had a smile also worked perfectly as a team The cleaning staff also where excellent,and not too forgetting the SOS staff especially the one with ponytail very professional goes with the rules from board ie no toys in pool etc…also bar and reception staff wonderful thank you all for making our holiday great,we will return again .
