Un bel hôtel, bien situé, à 5 mn à pied de la plage et un jardin teilucal, comme le nom l'indique. Un personnel très sympathique et dévoué, un bon buffet et une belle piscine. Chambre spacieuse et très agréable, dans une ambiance hacienda tropicale.

L’hôtel est globalement correct, mais son fonctionnement s’avère assez rigide : heure de dîner fixe, port obligatoire du pantalon pour les hommes sous peine de ne pas pouvoir accéder au restaurant. Là où la plupart des établissements s’adaptent à leur clientèle, c’est malheureusement l’inverse ici. Il faut, par exemple, prévenir la veille pour bénéficier d’un petit déjeuner plus tôt le jour du départ. Le buffet est varié, mais il est regrettable que l’eau ne soit pas incluse le soir dans la formule demi-pension. Le personnel est sympathique et les repas sont corrects, mais l’ensemble correspond davantage à un standing 3 étoiles. La piscine, quant à elle, paraît plus grande sur les photos qu’en réalité. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel, notamment en raison d’un manque de flexibilité qui contraste avec l’esprit de vacances. Un peu plus de liberté serait bienvenu.

Das Hotel, das Personal, und der tropische Garten sind wundervoll. Ich hatte vom 1. Tag an einen sagenhaften Aufenthalt und wäre am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist. :) Jede*r ist freundlich und schenkt einem ein Lächeln, sowie ein "Buenos dias". Hervorzuheben ist auch das geschmacklich sehr gute Essen und die Auswahl. Ebenso ließen auch die Drinks in der Poolbar keine Wünsche offen und waren sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Jetzt noch Kritik auf hohem Niveau. ;) Grundsätzlich war alles wunderbar. Im Restaurant wird man platziert, was zu kurzen Wartezeiten führen kann. Ich fand das in Ordnung, jemand anderen stört das vielleicht. Außerdem ist die Restaurant-Außenterrasse sehr klein. Man bekommt nur selten einen Tisch dort.

Ja, die Anlage ist schön mit einem tropischen Garten. NUR, die Gesamtfläche ist viel zu klein für die Menschen, die sich dort aufhalten. Ruhe, habe ich an keinem Tag gefunden, was für mich im Urlaub sehr wichtig ist. Es gibt nur einen Pool, wo sich das ganze Getummel abspielt. Viele Kinder, die immer wieder zwischen einem auftauchen, also auch da keine Ruhe. Ich habe jeden Tag gedacht, hoffentlich geht die Zeit schnell vorbei. Ich hätte nach den ersten Tagen versuchen müssen, in ein anderes Hotel zu kommen. Ich habe nach all den positiven Bewertungen gebucht und bin eben enttäuscht worden. Nie mehr gehe ich nach nur positiven Bewertungen. Auch im Speisesaal sehr laut und das Anstehen in der Schlange davor wie im Kindergarten. Es gibt zwischen den positiven Bewertungen einige Negative und diese sagen genau auswie es ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man bemüht sich es den Gästen Recht zu machen. Sauber ist auch alles. Für mich ist dieses Hotel keine Option mehr

Das Hotel liegt zentral mitten in einem tropischen Garten mit kleinen Wasserspielen. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind hübsch im canarischen Stil eingerichtet. Leider ist das Essen unterirdisch. Es werden fast ausschließlich Industrie- und Fertigprodukte verwendet. Die Qualität der Speisen ist mies. Wir haben die Restaurantmitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen, dass großflächig Schimmel am Buffet besteht. Die Weintrauben lagen mitten in dieser Holzkiste, welche rundum von Schimmelpilzen befallen war. Für Omeletts zum Frühstück wird leider auch nur Industriemasse verarbeitet. Gleiches gilt für Pancakes & Waffeln. Das Obst war oftmals verdorben, der Salat welk und ungenießbar.

Excellent sejour et soirée romantique
Bel hotel a ambiance romantique avec un jardin tropical magnifique surtout le soir avec des éclairages d'ambiance qui mettent en valeur les arbres et les plantes. L'emplacement est de premier ordre a côté de la playa de ingles accessible en quelques minutes a pied depuis l'hotel.
Des petites activités divertissantes le soir apres diner (chanteuse , cirque et...)
Le buffet du pdjxet du dîner est relativement varié et de bonne qualité.
Seul point négatif c'est le côté un peu obsolète de certaines parties comme les balcons ou les salles de bain des chambres mais cela ne remet pas en cause l'appréciation generale tres positive.

Wir waren als Familie im Parque Tropical und waren absolut begeistert. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Hotel super sauber und die Hotelanlage ein absoluter Traum. In der ganzen Umgebung gibt es keine vergleichbare Anlage. Es sticht zwischen den großen Hotelbunkern absolut positiv hervor. Wir kämen jederzeit wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Gran Canaria reisen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub
