Luogo pulito e incantevole con un parco naturale al suo interno da favola. Camere spaziose super atrezzate di tutto compresi prodotti del tipo shampoo,saponi,bagnoschiuma e ancora altro. Struttura molto bella e pulita. Giardino e piscina fantastica si trova sempre posto. A piedi si può raggiungere supermercato,negozi e a 20 minuti le dune di Maspalomas. La cucina è fantastica a volte bisogna aspettare qualche minuto per entrate a cena,ma ne vale la pena per la pulizia e la qualità. Personale tutto molto gentile.

Buenas noches, llegamos hoy al hotel y desde la primera impresión ya puedo decir que hemos acertado con nuestra decisión venimos de Sevilla y nada más llegar ya nos sentimos en casa con el trato del personal super cercano y amable destacar al equipo del bar piscina que son todos super amables y profesionales destacando al jefe que nos atendió Manuel que aunque no tenía en el bar lo que habíamos pedido consiguió la forma dándonos a probar un cóctel que hizo al momento y nos encantó tanto el cóctel como la profesionalidad de el, en general sitio espectacular

It is not a family resort, because most of the guest seems that they are disturbed by the kids. They do not have priority at breakfast for kids and disabled people, they have to stand in the row and wait a seat to have breakfast. The activities for kids are just 15 min per week.

Me gustó mucho las instalaciones del hotel con un estilo muy rustico y acogedor ,la comida bastante buena y variada .Destacar la atención del personal haciendo una pensión en especial al señor Manuel Machin en el bar piscina muy profesional además de amable y atento gracias por todo. Sin duda volveré a este hotel .

Super Hotel, keine Bettenburg, nur durch die Promenade vom Strand getrennt. Die Badebucht ist nicht überlaufen und man kann je nach „Wellenlage“ wählen ob man eher ruhiges Wasser (linke Seite) oder Wellenspaß (rechte Seite) haben will. Die Zimmer sind sauber und entsprechen absolut der 4Sterne-Angabe. Noch wichtiger ist das Personal. Egal ob Rezeption, Management, Reinigung oder Service … einfach nur zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel, das Ambiente und seine Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen passen einfach zu einem perfekten Urlaub!

Eine sehr gepflegte und schöne Hotelanlage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen! Der Strand in Hotelnähe ist gut und schnell über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Der Poolbereich ist groß und sauber. Nichts zu beanstanden.

Great staff, very good entertainment, food is good. Had a really nice experience here as a couple. The pool area is very relaxing. We hired a car also but there is a bus stop nearby if you want to travel around. Mostly German clientele, all the people here including the staff were very nice.

Ottimo hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia. Questo hotel è tra i pochi della zona a non essere un palazzone ed ha una architettura molto gradevole con un giardino meraviglioso ricco di fiori. Ogni camera ha una zona notte, una salotto, un ripostiglio ed un balcone con vista sulla piscina o sulla strada. Molto silenzioso pur essendo vicinissimo ad una stazione degli autobus. Tutto il personale davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottima anche la cucina. Lo consiglio!
