No reception in this hotel which let it down, when we arrived it took an hour before we got through to someone to get codes for the gates and our rooms, they told us to call to reception the next morning but we didn't see anyone on reception for the whole week. The room itself was lovely clean and spacious. The maids were lovely. The pool was lovely and heated at the start of the week but as we went on it was cooler which was still lovely as it was very warm. It was a quite hotel and only a 5 min walk from the yumbo and the same to the beach which is ideal. Little corner shop just beside the hotel. Overall a good stay, just having no reception was a let down.

Having stayed at this apartment in 2018 and enjoyed the location and the price of it so we chose to return. we arrived late at night so there was no one on reception but we were given the code to access the gate and told that our key would be within a box, however trying to get the code to work in the gate and open it was a disaster, we tried for around 5-10mins.....it proved to be a daily challenge, and actually caused several injuries to myself and partner. It burst open the skin on my finger and left several bruises on my arm, we complained to reception, who didn't initially do anything, but towards the end of our stay the lock was taken off...more than one person must have complained. i have to say the bathroom was worse than i recalled, we had room 401. the bathroom is in serious need of refurbishment, the wall is damp and grim. the rest of the apartment is good, and we always found it clean. the beds are comfy...pillows not great but overall you get what you pay for. The pool its spotless and peaceful. if they refurbed the bathroom we would certainly stay here again.

Nice accomodation, but disorganized checkin.
Pros: clean, modern, spacious accomodation.
Cons: Difficult and time consuming to check in. The rception was closed when it stated it would be open. We got no answer from one of the phone numbers provided. A second number answered and argued that we were in the wrong location - despite us being at the reception door. On the last night our keypad code stopped working approximately 12h before checkout - luckily one of our party was in the room - otherwise we would have been locked out of our room for the night.

Het is een beetje vergane glorie. Slordig opknapwerk, een barst in het balkon die doorliep in de muren, waardoor je het gevoel kreeg dat de voorste tegelrij zo van het balkon af kon breken.
Ze beloven WIFI in het appartement, maar die verbinding is zo slecht, dat die amper te gebruiken is. Alleen bij de receptie (waar zelden iemand van het hotel aanwezig is) is de verbinding meestal goed. Alle verlichting in het appartement is erg fel, wij hebben ka****n gekocht om een beetje sfeer te hebben. De dames van de schoonmaak zijn erg vriendelijk, de heren van de receptie zijn minder vriendelijk. Het zwembad is trouwens wel ontzettend schoon en goed onderhouden.

This is a small 28 room hotel is a nice location close to several major commercial centers and a HyperDino supermarket. + the location is good, walking distance to the beach and major shopping centers + the swimming pool is heated, but I think if they added +2 degrees Celsius would be much more comfortable. Not many people wanted to swim, and not for long time + the hotel is pretty small 4 floors 7 rooms on each, so it was very peaceful and no problems with sunbeds + the rooms were pretty small but extremely comfortable for the family of 2 adults and 2 children 10 and 13 y.o. + we asked for the room on the ground floor and were grateful to the staff that they gave it to us, you can access the pool directly from your terrace, it’s just like having your private pool. Fantastic! + we rented a car, there is plenty of parking space - WiFi was TERRIBLE! Most complaints here are related to WiFi , but they still can’t fix it. This is the reason they got 4, not 5. - a little noisy in the night, but not too much

Struttura in ottima posizione
Ottima posizione e 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con parecchi ristoranti, bar, supermercati accanto.
Un grande centro commerciale (Yumbo Center) è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi e anche le dune si possono visitare con una piacevole passeggiata.
L’appartamento è comodo; in effetti, le due stanze da letto matrimoniali sono un po’ anguste, ma a bilanciare quest’aspetto c’è la cucina-soggiorno che è molto bella e luminosa.
Delusi dalla piscina che veniva descritta come “riscaldata” ma in realtà non lo era (e a gennaio l’acqua calda avrebbe fatto piacere).

Bra beläget hotell. Nära till affärer, restauranger och stranden.
Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Hotellet är något nergånget men det verkar som att de håller på att rusta upp nu.
Närheten till restauranger och klubbar gör att man ev störs lite av detta under kvällen.
Vi kan tänka oss att besöka hotellet igen.
