Fantastic week hotel immaculately clean all staff very friendly and helpful food amazing great entertainment all inclusive bar brilliant choice of drinks. Nicholas the bartender at the Organic bar was warm and welcoming serving everyone with a smiles he made our holiday one of best we’ve had 10 out of 10 would definitely return again

Hotel is excellent we have been 3 times now and definitely booking again! Staff are so nice and professional every single one off themDifferent from other hotels as each room is a separate bungalow for piece and quiet. Embelem restaurant fantastic. Can’t wait too come back.

It's a lovely place to be here with My family. Adin is a great dancer and thanks him for the amazing pilates, aqua qym, Crossfit and so on! Pool is clean and warm. Nice people working in here. Kids corner is nice. Disco night is my favorite show!! Thanks!

Fantastic hotel , different from most hotels as each room is its own bungalow rather than one big hotel building . Staff super professional and friendly . Great facilities , lovely pool area and plenty of sun beds . Really good food too. Short walking distance to the yumbo too. Will definatley stay here again

Amazing room, spotless! Food is fab, staff very friendly and can’t do enough! Will come back!!! Room has own blue tooth speaker system, only been here a day and already looking for next visit! Looking forward to a relaxing week!! Perfect!!!

The bungalows are spacious and clean, own nterrace is lovely. Food options were good, deserts are pretty bland but we ate quite well all week. The food is pretty much the same every day, but ok for a week and breakfast churros were delicious. However there are only small icecream packages available with All Inc, at least with lunch or dinner would be nice to have real icecream to scoop for kids. Pools are large and there is enough sun beds at all times. Compared to the Cristobal hotel in Tenerife where we were 2023 the animation program and animation personnel weren't even nearly as good. The only time there should have been the water mat, they cancelled it for 5min of rain and would not resume even upon request. Kids were dissapointed since they really loved that and it was organized almost daily in Tenerife. The beach bus is very convinient and there are also some nice shops at Maspalomas beach, the dunes and swimming in the ocean was amazing.

Absolutely fantastic resort. We came here for our first family abroad holiday with our 2 kids (6 and 10) and we loved every minute of it. The bungalows were perfect for family’s, nice big beds and rooms, a nice big bathroom with a good sized walk in shower with a rain shower head. Towels were refreshed nearly every day and rooms kept clean daily. The pools were awesome for our kids and us adults and had lots of slides and tipping buckets which kept us entertained everyday. Pools were a good temp for what u expect in October. Everything is within a short walk around the resort from the pools to the restaurant and the well stocked supermarket just outside the gate. Everything went smooth and easy from check in to check out and the staff here will help you with anything you need with a smile. We went with self catering so we could try out all the restaurants on offer and we had some great meals just outside the resort with unlimited amount of places to eat. Reception would get you a taxi within minutes when asked and cost next to nothing to get down to the sea front (or walk it in 25mins) all in all a fantastic resort and we were already looking to book here again next year before we had even left the resort. 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
