Para empezar el primer dia, al llegar, ya empezaron por hacer la cuenta mal y nos cobraron de más. Seguido de, después de tener una reserva desde octubre del año pasado, ofrecernos una plaza de parking como única que quedaba para un coche mini. Hemos comprobado en días posteriores que no están ocupadas el resto de plazas. ERROR MAYÚSCULO...vacilar a la cara al cliente No hay cambio de toallas. Tuve que pedirlas y estaba chequeado que estaban cambiadas. OTRO GRAN ERROR. Tampoco repusieron el papel higiénico. Y lo siguiente fue que quisimos comer en el recinto de la piscina y sirvieron a un ritmo caribeño, dejándonos los últimos cuando habíamos pedido de los primeros. Mas de una hora para servirnos. Si no lo pueden atender que no ofrezcan el servicio Conclusión....BASTANTE MAL

Nasz pobyt trwał 7dni w dwie pary :) bardzo polecamy !! Przywitał nas przemiły personel bardzo pomocny :) zakwaterowanie przebiegło szybko i sprawnie :) w apartamencie na przywitanie czekało na nas winko. Apartament bardzo duży z dwiema sypialniami i dużym balkonem dla naszej czwórki był idealny :) kuchnia dobrze wyposażona . Panie codziennie chciały sprzątać , jeśli odmówiliśmy wymieniały worki na śmieci, ręczniki i pytały czy dołożyć papieru toaletowego. Apartament położony w super lokalizacji bardzi blisko do plaży i do Yumbo :) na plus był również basen adults only :) mieliśmy auto z parkingiem również nie było problemy przy pobliskich ulicach pełno miejsc :)

We Loved this accommodation: It was a typical Spanish Apartment.
The Accommodation was spacious and ultra clean.
The Staff were Exceptional.
Breakfast was good and had a great variety.
We will be booking again !

Perfect apartments near the beach
Great apartments, wee walk away from the beach. We thought the property deserves at least 3*, maybe even 3*+ Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you may need, the only thing missing was an oven. Nice, comfy beds. Internet wasn't the best, but usable. Excellent pool and great pool bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast was also great, however the baked goods could have been freshly sourced. All staff were lovely and very helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Dorotea and would be happy to return in the future

Sin duda un acierto! La ubicación es perfecta estás a 3 min de la playa caminando y tienes un supermercado al lado por si necesitas algo a última hora. El servicio del bar de la piscina es buenísimo súper trato y agradable ambiente. Tienes una segunda piscina solo para adultos más tranquila y sobre la limpieza un 10! El personal es muy amigable y atento. Buena buena calidad-precio.

Calidad precio inmejorable. Fuimos con desayuno incluido y muy bien. Apartamentos limpios. Camas cómodas. Piscina. Muy cerca de la playa del inglés,5 minutos. Tienen aparcamiento por 3€ diarios, que al final no cogimos, porque se podía aparcar sin problemas. Todo excelente. Lo recomiendo por calidad y precio.
