Good hotel for the money. Great breakfasts, everything! LGBT friendly hotel.
Clean and neat. Bus station nearby, easy to get to/from the airport even at night.
15 minutes to Yumba Center.

The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.

Very good hotel for quality price. We had one bedroom apartment, spacious,cleaned,well maintained,comfortable and big beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was generally good,we had all inclusive, various and fresh buffet, sometimes the meat was not cooked enough,probably they rush,otherwise very good. Our balcony was facing the road with bars and karaoke,which was a bit nosy at night if you leave the door open ,but was not a big issue for us,as we like a bit of holiday party atmosphere.

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y nos encantó la reforma que hicieron en el entorno de la piscina. El personal del hotel es muy amable tanto en recepción ( María, Tatiana y Francesco) y la chica de la limpieza que nos atendió en la sexta planta que era súper agradable. Lo malo, que en la piscina como no vayas temprano te quedas sin sombrilla o zona de sombra. Espero que pongan alguna más. Y el aire acondicionado que enfríe un poco más.
