Amazing. Just returned from a 10 day visit. This howl is perfectly located to the Yumbo centre. Staff are fantastic and so friendly and attentive from check in, bar pool staff, housekeeping and dining. They don’t hassle you but are so friendly and polite, they go out of their way to help. The hotel, rooms and pool/poolside are spotlessly clean. Love that it’s an adult only hotel, perfect for relaxing and winding down. The food is the best I have ever had on a Summer holiday. Cooked fresh, amazing quality, such a massive choice. Usually when you go to half or full board, after 3 days the food is boring and same. Not here, something different every day, cooked to order and so fresh. This hotel is not too big either, not many people. This means they can pay proper attention to everything. I love the little extras in the room for returning customers; flowers, wine, bathrobe and slippers. I simply love this hotel and can’t really fault it. I will be back many times. Perfect

From arrival to departure this hotel is a 5-star. The staff are wonderful; a special thank you to Maria and Carol and all the restaurant and pool bar staff. I went to Neptuno to spend time with my mom and for us to celebrate my birthday. My mother had told the staff it was my birthday and i had a wonderful surprise on the morning at breakfast. The table was dressed up, and I got a hug from Maria and Carol and was made to feel very welcome. The stay was amazing; the rooms were very clean. Thank you to Vanessa for cleaning the room and keeping it beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for food, drink and service. I will definitely come back. Also a thank you carolina the receptionist who supported me and mom with information.

Duration: 7 nights Meal plan: All-inclusive Arrival: Upon arriving from the airport in the late afternoon (via the travel agency's transfer), I was disappointed to find no one available to help with luggage. This was particularly challenging as there are quite a few steps from the hotel entrance to the lobby, making towing a 20kg suitcase rather unpleasant after a 5+ hour flight. I did notice bell service available on subsequent days, suggesting my arrival time was simply too late for this assistance. Check-in: While a self-service check-in option was available, I opted for the reception desk (another set of stairs, thankfully without luggage this time). The receptionist provided leaflets and informed me about meal times. The electronic key card, which also functions as a payment method, is a key feature here – there are no wristbands for meal plan identification. A voucher for a pool towel was also provided, with a 20 EUR charge for loss if not returned at check-out. The Hallway: The hallways are open-air, offering views of the street, and there's an elevator for easy luggage transport to the rooms. The Room: I booked a single room with a pool-view balcony. I was pleased to find a comfortable single, larger bed, which I prefer over joined twin beds often found in other rooms. A minor detail was the duvet cover, which was just another bedsheet and seemed too small. Both the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, though you could definitely see they were a bit dated or "worn out" in places. Facilities included a safe, basic toiletries, bottled water, glasses, and a kettle with tea and instant coffee. The kettle, however, was disconnected as its power outlet was used by an empty mini-fridge (requiring a request for filling). I didn't use the kettle, so its placement wasn't an issue for me, but the tap water tasted quite bad when I tried it after running out of bottled water. Towards the end of my stay, I noticed other guests collecting bottled water from the poolside bar – a useful tip for future visitors! The air conditioning worked well, with adjustable temperature and fan speed. I didn't use it at night as I'm sensitive to noise, but temperatures were generally comfortable. The room's power cut-off is conveniently controlled by a single switch near the entrance (marked with a red square), allowing the air conditioning to remain on, unlike typical key card slots. While complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, I chose not to use it for any sensitive online activities as it appeared to be an unsecured network. Housekeeping: During my stay, I requested one towel change and one full room cleaning. Given that Playa del Inglés sand contains dark particles that easily dirty feet and the bath/shower, I was disappointed that the bathtub was still dirty after the service, despite leaving a 5 EUR tip.
