Really nice place! Stayed a there a few years a go and liked it. Nice, spacios and clean rooms. Pool area a bit crowded but still good taking in account the daytime visitors. Play area - as good as it gets :-) BUT ... We had to cancel this years trip and did the cancellation on the booking site well within the timeframe for 50% refund. Now 30 days have gone and still no money back. Have mailed several times but no response at all! I just want to know when I can expect my money back ...

Lovely complex, we have done many day passes but first time staying here. What a great place and close to everything. We are coming back in May but with friends so not staying here but will be visiting daily. Can’t fault anything with the rooms clean and tidy and in a few occasions said to the staff not to clean the rooms, they work hard and deserve so rest time

Enjoyed several visits during my holiday, as I always do. Great location - across the road from Yumbo. Staff are friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep the pool and play areas clean and well organised. One very busy day I couldn't get a lounger immediately so relaxed in the sun on a chair. One of the staff came over and quietly advised me when a lounger became available. Pool area is a sun trap all day. Music plays, but not annoyingly loud. Pool itself is a decent size, clean and crystal clear. Varied guests/visitors, from middle aged guys to a younger crowd, all there to relax in the sun and enjoy other pleasures. Drinks and hot snacks served all day. Tables at the bar area. Great place to chill-out and collect UV's, with the added bonus of some sleazy action when the mood takes you. Will definitely be back.

Well, I guess some things never change. Went back after a break of 2+ years: having enjoyed the usual extremely unfriendly and arrogant "welcome" by the barman and owner, I looked for a sunbed under an umbrella: impossible task as there are still only five (!) for the 35+ sunbeds, all taken 30 min after opening. Paid 15 euros entrance fee without one single drink included. Was also informed in the usually friendly way that as that day was a "pool party" there was not the standard bbq included in the Sunday fee. Honestly, for 15 euros you get entrance e.g. to any nightclub with 2 drinks, for 8 euros entrance to whatever other venue with at least one drink included. Anwho: grilled for 1 h in the burning sun, paid another 6 euros for two cokes, toured a bit the "darkroom" and then took the rest of my money elsewhere. The owners can be relieved: they will not be bothered by me anymore in the future. Good riddance 😏

Congratulations to the team! From the friendly welcome by Raoul, through to the excellent service of Andy, and of course the two 'Cleaning Bears', this was an easy and laid back week of no stress and massive relaxation. The site is ideally placed for access to the infamous Yumbo Centre, and was pleasantly busy during the day with 'day visitors' utilising the spacious and well laid out 'back lot service areas', but blissfully quiet at night as there are only 6 immaculately clean (ta Bears!) and very comfy bungalows. As I said, Yumbo across the road, some really good restaurants nearby (check out LoLa and the new Tapas Social), and the bus to the airport 1 minute around the corner (It starts at 6.42 every morning, then runs once an hour, takes 40 minutes and cost all of 7 Euros). Gran Canaria has not changed much in the few years since I last visited, and there is real value for money here!

Once again we stayed in this small complex right by the Yumbo, as ever the staff Andy & Raul down to even the cleaners gave us a hoot of a time. If you want “quiet” this is not the place for you (at least during fiesta time) as the Yumbo is 6 meters away, but then hey - the Yumbo is 6 meters away and even I can crawl that Already booked for next year - that’s how much fun it was.
