Super zentral gelegenes Hotel, direkt am Einkaufszentrum La Sandia. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Supermarkt vor der Tür, Strand in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Buffet morgens und abends der Sterneanzahl entsprechend gut! Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber. Soweit das Positive… Negativ: die Zimmer wurden den Fliesen nach zu urteilen seit 50 Jahren nicht renoviert. Die Handtücher im Bad erscheinen wenig jünger. Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe und nichts für empfindliche Rücken. Komplett durchgelegen und quietschen und knarren bei jeder Bewegung. Kein WLAN auf den Zimmern nur im Foyer, absolut nicht zeitgemäß! Überhaupt ist das eine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Absolut kein aktueller Standard! Leider trifft das ja auf Playa del Inglés insgesamt zu.

Hotel closer to 2 stars than 3. Aging room poorly maintained with rust at the bottom of the bathtub, no air conditioning given the heat it would not be a luxury. The fact of having to rent a fan 4 euros per day I find that it is a scam and in addition the safe is chargeable unheard of. Deckchair of the swimming pool completely dilapidated. The kitchen is apparently designed for German and English tourists and no local specialties. The only positive thing friendly staff for the rest TO RUN AWAY.

Terrible hotels, very bad experience, this will allow me to go to the competition in the future. Here Germany is king, the restaurant is simply a canteen without any Spanish variety. The reception staff are often absent, the hotel is dilapidated and there is no control over people who can come in at will, the swimming pool and bathroom are unsanitary, the hotel is in need of renovation because it is old.

Not to be repeated, I do not recommend this place because of many shortcomings, at reception the staff is often absent, you would think it was intentional, no doorbell to call in case of need, everything is done for the German community

They ruined our honeymoon when we got to the room there were hairs in the bathroom and on the floor, the bathtub was dirty, the sheets were stained, the railing of the terrace was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, there is no air conditioning and it is hot in the room, in half board you have breakfast and dinner but be careful it only includes food, drinks are charged separately from the first bottle of water you order at dinner they charge you separately and dinner ends at 9 whether you have eaten or not they take all the trays away at 9, I wanted to leave the hotel due to lack of cleanliness in the room and I asked for my money back for the nights I didn't enjoy and to pay for the 2 nights I stayed and they refused, the only positive thing about the hotel was the restaurant staff was very friendly, the area was very quiet and close to Playa del Inglés and there is always a parking space, my recommendation is not to go to this hotel there are many to choose from

The evening buffet format was very good value for money and the staff very pleasant! Several choices of meat, fish, vegetables and varied starters too... fruit for dessert and some pastries too! We will come back and we recommend
