Excellent hotel. Service was superb. Food superb and location ideal. Could do with some more facilities eg snooker, pool, table tennis, tennis courts, sauna, steam room, spa etc.,

Just spent 2 lovely weeks at this hotel everything was very good the food choice was excellent hotel was very clean throughout seems more suited to older people like us as no noisy music played around pool area and no problem finding a sunbed plus the staff were there just to please you and make your stay special so can highly recommend it!

We already visited this hotel for the second time. Like last time our stay was great, only improvement point would be the unstable wifi and that there are no streaming service apps installed on the TV.

Every day the bacon was not cooked properly, the problem is, the chefs just put it in a pile and keep tossing it around, instead of layering it it out, like most people do, I mentioned this to two different staff, [oner a manager ] nothing was done about this, some food was cold, the Krystal restaurant had not changed the menu, from the last time we went 14 months ago, the food was not very good. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are nice, the drinks are good.

A return visit this year. As last year the hotel is excellent, particularly the food which is of the highest standard, varied and always well presented. The pool area can get a little busy with the sun favouring one side of the pool as the large palms keep the other side somewhat in shade. The sunbeds are functional rather than particularly comfortable. Overall, highly recommended
