Just back of the famous 5th Avenue but totaly quiet room. Great cleaning. A small big pool for a great relax and talk with friends time. Nice shallow area for kids. A few minutes walk to the Great 38th street. Nice wine place at the corner ( call Off the vine) or a more local Muy Salsa. Awesome staff and Sergio, a most helpfull and friendly man. He arranged our taxi from and to the Airport with excellent drivers. Would go back fir sure.

Great location, steps away from more expensive hotels. Its private, and quiet. Few ppl walk by all day, you feel like youve reserved the whole pool area. Likely because the hotel only has a few rooms.. I counted about 12.
Staff and service is great. The rooms are large, with a full kitchen, and very comfortable beds.
The negatives: kitchen is not stocked with what you need, but staff did their best to provide it. Pigeons. Dont stand too close to the building edge. Roosters in the neighbourhood. Unless the price creeps up, inwould stay here again.

Excelente relación precio/calidad. Los departamentos son enormes, con camas grandes, ventilador, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, refrigerador, cocinita para hacerse unos ricos platos, el desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación. Está a un paso de la 5* Avenida, cerca de la zona de Playa y de Playa Mamitas. La atención de Daisy, René y Orlando fue de destacar por su cordialidad, amabilidad y permanente predisposición. Una mañana tuvieron un inconveniente con el cocinero y Daisy nos avisó temprano el contratiempo y nos envió a desayunar a un cómodo y cercano hotel, tiro sin cargo. Es de destacar el "pronosticador del clima" de Orlando. Cada vez que le pregunté cómo estaría el clima ese día, me dió su opinión y no falló NUNCA. Si dijo que iba a llover, LLOVIO, si dijo que estaría fresco, estuvo bien FRESCO. Confianza garantizada en sus pronósticos. Hay variedad de comercios, restó,etc cerca, cómo así también Chedraui, OXXO, 7ELEVEN y Walmart De seguro volveré.

Uma hospedagem de praia que se dispõe a receber famílias, não tem um local para estender roupas molhadas, muito ruim. Outro ponto negativo é a cozinha, que não tem quase nada, tivemos que pedir uma panela emprestada e mesmo assim não conseguimos cozinhar porque o fogão não estava adequado. Viajar com criança é complicado, não comem qualquer coisa, é sempre melhor cozinhar em casa. A localização é razoável, bem perto da quinta avenida, porém é longe dos acessos a praia. No mais, foi tranquilo, os funcionários sempre atenciosos.
