Nothing to wash the dishes with, no soap, no cloth, only a old smelly scrubby. Nothing to wipe the floors with when you bring back sand from the beach. Can only use the ladder to get in/out of the pool, no convenient stairs... No elevator to reach the rooftop 6th floor. Communication was not easy in English. The codes weren't sent the day before as described and didn't have call signal to receive them. Used a friend's phone to call and expedia's reference number was wrong. Had to get it from the direct website. Didn't feel well managed.

Nos mandaron al hotel la reina roja por no tener aire acondicionado, el dia del check out no habia luz desde las 9 de la maniana, no llego la luz y no dieron la oportunidad de esperar a que volviera la luz por lo que tuvimos que salir sin baniarnos porque dijeron que no estaba en sus manos. Mala experiencia

The property is being run as an Airbnb; therefore, no room service (daily cleaning). There was no indication on the ******* website that it was not a hotel but an Airbnb. The lady who cleaned the public areas was not friendly at all. Most of the time the Internet did not work or was very slow.
All in all, I would not stay there again.

Very disappointed. Not modern or luxurious. Kitchen amenities were very old. Rusty coffee maker. Pot with no hand on lid. Plastic dishes. No hot water majority of the time. No flushing toilet for three days. Nothing luxurious about the furniture. Mattress and pillows were terrible. Balcony furniture old wood with splinters. Loud neighborhood. Wifi was terrible. Pool deck was very basic. Bathroom was always dirty. Bar area filthy. Lounges need cushions. Do not recommend

The appearance of the house is good. It is well located, opposite the "Los 3 hermanos" grocery store and about 10 minutes walking from 5th Avenue. Full kitchen that served us well. Inside our room, the Celular Claro (BR) and VIVO (BR) operators worked very poorly. The wifi provided by the landlord is terrible. In other words, we only had internet when we were on the street. The shower in our room was only hot for the first 5 minutes. There was also very little water. I complained about the internet service, but there was no solution.
