No recomiendo este hotel ya que el mesero de la playa Antonio, uno alto de piel morena fue irrespetuoso con mi esposa e hija; no quiso traerle a mi hija un platillo del snack cuando a las personas que estaban a un lado les llevó dos platillos y le comentó por qué ella no le quiso dejar propina cuando le pidió un refresco. Tambien le quiso hacer un cargo a nombre de otro huésped, obligándola a firmar y amenazandola de que los iba a reportar con seguridad.

Camilo from the joy and wellness staff was amazing! He made sure we were always having a good time and made sure our needs were met to have a great time! He was so much fun and he was amazing at his job! Isaac the shuttle driver that drove us around the resort was amazing! He was so fun and made sure your short trip from the beach to wherever you needed to be was a good time! His energy and his kindness was contagious and he brought so much joy to all of us!

Een prachtig hotel met heel veel zwembaden. Wel te weinig parasols. Mooie tuin en ruime, moderne kamers. Mooi programma, met hele fijne yoga en sound healing door Nici & George. Prachtige Ancestral ceremony door Fabiola & Dianne, aanrader. De service bij de adult pool van Araceli was fantastic. Aardig en ze wist meteen hoe je je drankje wilde. Verder interessante workshops in de spa oa. Zelf scrub en zeep bar maken. Een klein voorstel rondje met de gasten die aan de workshop deelnamen zou het nog iets persoonlijker maken. Veel restaurants met voor ieder veel keus, heerlijk eten. Minpunt de wachttijd voor een tafel. Bij volle bezetting te weinig capaciteit helaas. Personeel bleef aardig, maar 1 1/2 uur tot 2 uur wachten op een tafel is toch wel lang… De juice bar was top! Ook bij het ontbijt buffet enorm veel keus. De thema avond Mexicaans en strand bbq waren met veel zorg en mooie presentatie gedaan en een leuke aanvulling op de andere keuzes. We hebben een heerlijke 11 dagen in the fives beach & residence gehad.

Everything is lovely! Apart from… First the good points. Rooms are fabulous , we had two 1 bed residences which were really great and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. Staff seem great , we had amazing service from Germais and Hector at the Lizzards pool bar , lovely guys and great personal service . The entertainment around the pool was just enough and the night shows were really nice. This hotel would get a 5 star rating apart from the the food situation which is rubbish!! The food is actually fab wherever you eventually manage to eat but getting a table in the evening is carnage. If you arrive at any restaurant after 6:30 you’ll be waiting at least 45 mins for a table and don’t even bother with the Italian restaurant Arezzo. That’ll be over and hour and a half. The issue seems to be a lack of a buffet restaurant which forces everyone into the al a carte option and sometimes a family you just need to get the kids fed and maybe get a meal later but that isn’t an option. Real shame as I’d say it’s the nicest hotel we’ve been to in Mexico but unless this changes we unfortunately look elsewhere in future. Still having a fab time but waiting 1 hour now for a restaurant with grumpy hungry kids has led me to write this review.

Tenemos muchos años viniendo a este hotel y sin duda este año fue el que recibimos el mejor servicio. Mi camarera Olga excelente, siempre con una sonrisa. Y lo que más disfrutamos fue el programa de actividades. Nos encantó el Joy and Wellness y las clases de Memo y Diana fueron geniales. Siempre había cosas que hacer, clases de yoga, pilates, core, meditaciones, ice bath, baile. Y el entretenimiento nocturno muy bien. Andrea siempre atenta y servicial. Nurstra embajadora Jannet fue muy eficiente y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo resolviendo cualqiiere situación. Pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables. Muchas gracias

My family and I just back from this hotel ,we went to celebrate my mom birthday. We had a great time in this place ,everything here is 5 start,since the day 1 to the end.Food is the hightest here ,everything we eat was amazing.,drinks,entertainment ,fauna,employees.Isacc,Irbin and all drivers are extremely generous,Yobany and Monce from entertainment súper nice and sweet. Boys from some bars awesome.Roger and the girl from Cantina bar the best margaritas!!! .My mom had unforgettable Birthday,thank you for everything. From my size I Can add 3 things,that i noted it you miss .Hispanic music on pools and after 10.30 you do not have much to do,the bed sofa in the room you need to fix it they was not good ,and the last thing if you have a water park for the kids that will be awesome,at the end this is a family resort. Other than that this place is amaizing ,hight recommend from the Miranda family .Thank you

Excellent stay all around. The food was once again outstanding! The staff was friendly and helpful, meeting us where we were and really doing everything they promised to do for us ahead of time. The cleanliness and service were top notch; they deserve their 4-diamond certification and maybe more than that. The Spa was full of real pros who take good care of you. There was a guest Yoga/Pilates instructor (Jessica) for the week there who was the best we've ever worked with. As active people trying to stay healthy, even on vacation, we appreciated all the on-site health and wellness team's classes and activities. We heard they're rethinking whether or not to have all these things and let me just say- keep them! I wish my gym in the USA had as good a health and wellness team as the team at the Fives. The activities team did an excellent job on all the daytime activities. Even our teenagers enjoyed it and asked to keep coming back. If that's not a win for a family vacation, I don't know what is! Looking forward to going back.
