Location is the main selling point. New building and furniture but the pool is incredibly small, if you plan to go to the Sea, then the pool is not that important as is just a 3 minutes walk. The room layout was well distributed and size was large.
This is not a hotel, you will get no email information about arrival, booking whatsoever so once you arrive to front desk they will say you have to wait for another person to come to do check in, as I arrived at nigh the wait was longer. Fee was not mentioned anywhere prior to arrival, only received Trip.com check in voucher and a 300 USD deposit is not written at all so ask in advance as the staff tell you if you don’t pay you cannot stay (even if I had prepaid in advance). Everytime I had a question or concern the room concierge was defensive borderline rude, which was quite uncomfortable, that can be worked out by training, the room is beautiful but bad attitude doesn’t inspire to you go back. The toiletries given were superb, kudos to having great quality on this.

Great place on a perfect location.
Apartment was new and a great location. Close to entertainment, nightclubs and stores, but peaceful at night,
I will definitely go back to the same place, So, if you love night life and peaceful sleep, this is the place.

Don't go if you have dysentery, want a nice shower
Well sited and beautiful apartment in a very nice building. Sadly the shower is very poor and according to our host, that is how it always is. TV works but no channels, it also still has the packaging attached. Floor was I noticed moving, but that was just the dust and the a/c moving it. Host contacted me several times during my 48 hour journey to have a photo of my passport, even when already scanned by reception, and emailed to him. Seemed very important to him, not so for me. Pointless for me. Zero hand soap, but as there was hardly any water flow that didn't matter so much. Ran out of toilet paper in one night stay without bizarre bodily functions. Host advised we could have more toilet paper for 2 dollars (strange currency to use in Mexico I felt) but cannot say if this was for a roll or one square. Host was however compliant with checkout. I am hoping he has the 2 dollars ready to get the toilet ready for the next guest.

Los departamentos son nuevos, volvería sin duda pero tuve 2 detalles que estaría bien lo checaran para los siguientes huéspedes: 1. Estuve de Miércoles a Domingo y solo 1 rollo de papel me pusieron. 2. Nunca pude usar su Wifi.

El personal muy amable, las atenciones de José incomparables. El
Único detalle fue que el baño estaba tapado y no decía el mecanismo del depósito de agua y tuvieron que llamar a un plomero para arreglarlo y eso perjudicó una cita importante que teníamos con inversionistas. El sofá cama que ofrecen en el alojamiento es verdaderamente incómodo.

Confortable!
El edificio es bonito y la habitación es muy aseada. Solo un par de cosas negativas: nunca me pude conectar al internet, el aire condicionado liquea y el baño tiene un desnivel, se sale el agua de la ducha hacia el inodoro.
